As a Discipline Head at Norilsk Nickel, I established and led a Numerical Modeling team that was responsible for simulating and optimizing the technological processes of the company. We worked collaboratively with technical leaders and engineers to provide solutions that enhanced the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the manufacturing sector. 

I was responsible for formulating, planning, and overseeing projects that aim to optimize technological processes and achieve economic benefits through the utilization of computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools. Established a Numerical Modeling team from the ground up and conducted multiple seminars for technical leaders in the Manufacturing sector.
