Today, I work with founders, operators, and enterprise teams exploring how AI-driven discovery impacts customer journeys through focused advisory, pilots, and custom implementations.

Collaborated closely with the head of sales and the business development department to identify new business opportunities and to build and maintain relationships with academic libraries worldwide. Promoted Open Science through live talks and webinars.

Led the establishment of two major branch offices from the ground up, resulting in one of MDPI’s largest European branches, encompassing over 500 employees across 7 departments. Collaborated closely with the CEO and Basel headquarters in planning and implementing complex and diverse operations. Established legal compliance, infrastructure and financial setup.

Marketing Assistant (Sustainability journal)

Contributed to the development of three platforms - Scilit, SciForum, SciProfiles. Offered technical support to users, handled user accounts, and resolved technical problems. Collaborated closely with web developers to oversee and preserve the content and functionality of the websites.

User Support Representative

Engaged with scholars globally to ensure that scientific research articles adhered to international quality standards and aligned with global Open Science practices. Successfully enlisted more than 50 new academic board members and reviewers, maintained strong relationships with existing members, and offered guidance and assistance throughout the publication process for over 200 research articles.
