- Interim product management for business-critical platform services, including authorisation, messaging, and document generation.
- Onboarded and mentored junior staff across multiple domains to align product development processes.

- Achieved a long-term increase of 23-25% in retention through the delivery of two major product features and subsequent iterations.
- Incremental hypothesis-based improvements to the onboarding journey and core experience.
- Supported across multiple teams and domains, onboarding and engagement, with incremental experiments to boost customer acquisition cost and customer lifetime value.

gesund.de GmbH & Co. KG

gesund.de is a joint venture of two major pharmaceutical companies in Germany. They aim to provide a one-stop online for all medical needs, starting with an e-commerce platform connecting customers and pharmacists.

- Incremental additions to the e-commerce platform, driving increased revenue by expanding loyalty programs and extending data analytics.
- Incremental additions to the seller portal to streamline billing and user experience for pharmacists.
- Integration of COVID immunisation appointments at pharmacies via an external schedule provider to boost subscriptions and seller numbers.

Eviee

Eviee was a tool to support teachers with correcting schoolwork and providing actionable feedback to students.

- Explored market research and validation for a tool aiding teachers in providing actionable feedback to students, emphasizing a lean start-up approach.
- Ultimately abandoned the idea due to the inability to build within a reasonable timeframe

DKB Code Factory GmbH

DKB Code Factory is a fully funded subsidiary of Deutsche Kredit Bank (DKB), which is Germany's largest direct bank with around 5 million customers. We set out to transform DKB's digital products and product management.

- Redesigned DKB's services as a new banking app and API platform with a new UX to align with the bank's strategy. Owned the domain of payments and accounts to scale up to 5 million monthly transactions.
- Competency lead of the product chapter, including the development of career paths, feedback, continuous improvement, and product management culture.

Interhyp AG is a subsidiary of ING and one of Germany's largest mortgage brokers with both a B2C and B2B segment. They have a strong focus on digitalizing the mortgage process.

- Led innovation in identity and authorisation for the mortgage broker’s platform, contributing to the organisation’s first self-service web portal, which enhanced customer education and application efficiency.
- Migrated marketing workflows from an old, custom-built system to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, drastically improving processes and reducing complexity.

Carmeq was a subsidiary of Volkswagen, providing technical expertise in selected projects for the car maker.

- Developed and launched two generations of the VW Car-Net Customer Web Portal across 30 EU countries.
