Built a peer-to-peer Chat, which I took from concept to launch and further development leading two remote cross-functional teams (iOS, Android, Web, Backend). The Chat SDK with customizable UI components aims to provide an excellent chat experience for users and is integrated into Delivery Hero apps across 40+ countries. As a global product, it is daily used by millions of customers and drives $XXXk monthly costs savings for the company.

MBition GmbH

Initiated and drove the Developer Relations topic to build the community around MBition products and ensure the excellent developer experience.  

My main responsibilities were:
- Launched the internal Developer Portal as a one-stop-shop for application engineering using the infotainment platform SDK
- Incorporated the SDK user feedback into the Portal roadmap 
- Aggregated, refined and maintained technical documentation, as well as stakeholder focused high-level content 
- Organized onboarding sessions and coaching for new and existing SDK users

Product Owner

Steered a revolutionary for the industry software project with the goal to develop a sophisticated infotainment platform using Agile methodologies. Contributed to scale the project from a size of approx. 5 teams to 49 cross-functional distributed teams and with 350+ engineers. 

My main responsibilities were:
- Driving the development of the infotainment system that brings the desired experience to Mercedes-Benz car users and 3rd party developers 
- Monitoring and tracking software development process towards achieving Milestone goals, anticipating challenges and risks  
- Steering the project with more than 40+ distributed, cross-functional Scrum teams, managing their interaction with stakeholders 
- Refining the Agile Way of Working, collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Engineers, and Engineering managers to ensure the methods are applied
- Defining what drives value to end-user when it comes to details in feature scope and contributing to the feature implementation
- Onboarding new project members, partners, and suppliers 
- Introduced, organized and hosted quarterly Milestone Transition Workshops with 300+ participants

Contributed to the launch and further development of Amazon Prime in Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

My main responsibilities were:
- Collaborate with 16 teams including business, operations and software development to solve problems and implement new solutions that drive Prime member growth
- Work with customers to understand their use cases and their existing solutions
- Partner with multiple teams across multiple locations with varying sets of priorities to ensure a timely delivery of desired solutions 
- Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability -
- Conduct training and outreach to internal support teams as well as external customers
- Perform market and customer analysis and identify areas for improvement among internal stakeholders

The thesis focuses on Agent-Based Modeling as a methodology for studying complex adaptive systems as related to the innovation process, while the main goal of this work is to identify, analyze and develop approaches to support the management decisions for innovation systems in Small and Medium sized Enterprises by modeling the business process.

Contributed to creation, optimization, strategy and roadmap definition of the leading car-sharing provider in the world. 

My main responsibilities were:
- Market and competitor analysis and preparation of overviews of best practices in regards to new product features 
- Development of concepts for product improvement 
- Creation of wireframes and interaction concept for features and website extensions 
- Preparation of user stories for features and product enhancements for the web-development team 
- Defining acceptance criteria for the implementation
- Coordination of the implementation of quick wins in direct alignment with the development team
- Supporting marketing and content-management colleagues in person as well as by preparing tutorials and training documentation 
- Quality assurance of car2go product features across the product components 
- Participation in sessions of the SCRUM framework (review, planning, grooming, daily scrum)

Contributed to the development of the new car2go website, Online validation, car2go Packages, business website, launch of car2go in China and mixed-fleet introduction in collaboration with engineering and design teams, as well as with other stakeholders.

I've just cancelled my Cursor and ChatGPT subscriptions (~$50/month).

And switching fully to Gemini (part of my Google Workspace) and Antigravity (free IDE with Gemini 3)

For the next four weeks, I will use them for coding and daily business tasks to see if they are sufficient to grow Alchymos.

Google is slowly regaining a strong position after losing the first-mover advantage in the consumer AI race. 

Now they've got my attention.
