Today, I work with founders, operators, and enterprise teams exploring how AI-driven discovery impacts customer journeys through focused advisory, pilots, and custom implementations.

Was building the Communications domain from 1 to 3 teams with 24 people in the org overall. Afterwards, took over the Helpcenter domain with 35 people in the org. 

- Expanded the ownership of the domain to handle a complete scope of different communication solutions.   
- Executed a strategy to organise a domain in a way to enable upcoming business initiatives.
- Built a second line of engineering managers to lead cross-functional teams within the domain. Supported further growth of staff engineers to operate on domain and tribe levels. 
- Established a delegation framework and processes to track technical KPIs to assess the progress of the group. 
- Lead a project to integrate a 3rd party VoIP solution into our products. 
- Was driving various tribe-level initiatives to reduce overall cloud costs of the tribe by 30%.

Lead a cross-functional team of mobile, web and backend engineers developing peer-to-peer chat SDKs.

- Optimised delivery processes to increase feature adoption and improve quality
- Grew the team from 4 to 8 engineers
- Enabled and supported future growth for engineers in the team
- Developed a long-term strategy for the overall solution along with my product counterpart

Engineering Manager

- Was driving SRE culture across 5 teams within the tribe supporting cloud infrastructure
- Led a team of 3 system engineers, covering people management and supporting their growth
- Act as a technical project manager to align with stakeholders on ongoing initiatives
- Consolidated infrastructure automation to reduce toil across multiple services

Staff Software Engineer

Working in a cross-functional team which was developing and maintaining 7 global services, exposed to millions of customers (Ratings & Reviews, Auditlog, Role Management System, Images Service, Helpcenter, etc)

- Developing and maintaining infrastructure on GCP across 3 different regions without any major disruptions. 
- Building CI/CD framework to orchestrate continuous delivery for various apps. Ensuring the team can ship multiple releases per week. 
- Maintaining high quality and stability of services with the unit, integration, e2e testing and load testing. Setting up monitoring, oncall pipelines, tech and business alerts. 
- Supporting product with stakeholder management, leading rollout projects end-to-end. 
- Contributing with feature development on Golang and Python.
