Enterprise Solutions Architect

• Grew and led a team of 7 Solutions Consultants (SC's), establishing the East region of SC's working both the Commercial and Enterprise segments at Outreach
• Coached and developed SC's with an average tenure of 4 months as head count went from 12 to over 30 in 2021. The East SC team would collectively:
      - Have the highest utilization rate within the Commercial and Enterprise Segments
      - Earn inaugural SC of the Quarter honors
      - Have the fastest ramp time to first 6-figure deal in SC history at Outreach
• Developed the first SC Career path -- establishing career advancement of SCs into Senior, Lead, and Principal roles

Manager, Solutions Consulting

• Mentored and onboarded new SCs as team headcount increased in 2020
• Worked global strategic (Fortune 500) accounts to expand Outreach's upmarket push to Enterprise customers.
• Co-led development and maintenance of the first dedicated demo environment used by GTM teams (SCs, Sales and Customer Success)
• Product Manager of Revenue Attribution package -- increasing adoption, working with Customer Education, Product Marketing, and support teams to develop customer-facing training videos, guides and knowledge articles.

• Built Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud products for Universities across North America and EMEA
• Oversaw offshore development team's efforts, captured requirements and translated into PRD (Product Requirements Document)
• Additionally managed Enrollment Rx's implementation program as a team of 3 from initial product demos all the way through to managed services support
• Worked directly under product director supporting Enrollment Rx's admissions portal product for universities
