I made my first ‘sale’ at 14 working as a magician's assistant at a summer fair.

Since then, I’ve worked in technology in roles spanning: sales development, customer success, solution engineering, leadership, enablement, innovation & strategy, and executive coaching.

It wasn’t all roses and daisies. I had a fair bunch of obstacles along the way:

- As an SDR, I almost didn’t make it
- As a customer success manager, I got chewed out by irate clients
- As a sales leader, I was on a plane every other week between cities
- As a field enabler, I realized there is no ‘one size fits all’ learning modality
- As a strategy lead, build vs. buy was a constant debate stalling progress

Along the way, I gained an insatiable curiosity and a well-rounded perspective for the SaaS industry.

Once upon a time, I thought "engaging learning" meant writing like I did in school. Spoiler alert: It didn't work.

Then I stumbled into the world of copywriting. Cue the heavenly choir! 🎶

Turns out, when you blend how people think with carefully chosen words, magic happens. And by magic, I mean learning that doesn't make you fall asleep.

Want to create content so gripping your learners miss notifications? Jot down my top 3 tips:

1. Chat It Up 🗣️
Ditch the corporate robot-speak. We're aiming for those conversations where you’re hanging on every word.

2. Less is More ✂️
Trim the fluff. 15 words max per sentence. 3-4 sentences per paragraph. Because brevity is the soul of "oh snap, I actually remember this."

3. AI Sidekick 🤖
AI? Really? But hear me out. Integrating AI in content creation doesn’t strip away the human element; it enhances it. 

Pro Tip: Kickstart your prompt with "Act like a world-class copywriter." So your words come to life in a blink of an AI.
