•	Provide psychotherapy services (ACT, CBT, Client-centered) to clients with a range of emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal difficulties/diagnoses including ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, conduct problems, stress, and autism-spectrum disorders.
•	Conducting trainings and workshops on mental health topics for professional and general audiences. Topics include assertiveness, working with boys and young men, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and understanding emotions.
•	Author of the book "In My Feelings: A Teen Guide to Discovering What You Feel So You Can Decide What to Do", which focuses on helping teens (and those who live and work with them) to learn how to access the messages in their emotions. The book proposes that all feelings, especially the unpleasant ones, are not just internal experiences to fixed, coped with, or gotten rid of. They actually carry important information that the adolescent can tap into and use to live a healthier, more fulfilling, and engaging life.

I also consult with BCNY administrators on the development and implementation of mental health programs, and conduct staff trainings on issues related to child development, emotional functioning, and behavior.
