"What’s wrong with me?"
This question haunted me through different stages of my life, following me from a challenging childhood to a high-stakes corporate career. Raised in a turbulent home, I quickly learned to survive by overachieving, which led me to a successful career in finance. I became a top producer at Wells Fargo Private Bank, making high six figures and thriving on paper. But the deeper question of worth lingered beneath my achievements.

In my late twenties, as I started my own family, that question returned. Despite my professional success, I felt I was failing in my personal life. Divorce, remarriage, and the arrival of my second child brought both joy and struggle, culminating in severe postpartum depression. My self-worth was tied to my career identity, and I struggled to let go.

In 2021, while exploring equestrian therapy to help with depression and anxiety, I experienced a life-altering accident that left me immobilized. The physical pain forced me to confront a deeper vulnerability. Stripped of my career identity, I had to rely on others, and in this vulnerability, I found strength. I began to see my worth beyond titles or roles, leading me on a path of spiritual and emotional healing.

This journey led me to rethink my life’s purpose. Inspired by the transformative book What Happened to You by Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Bruce Perry, I understood that my mission lay not in finance but in supporting others on their healing journeys. Today, I help individuals who have faced trauma understand their experiences, navigate recovery, and reclaim resilience through both practical tools and spiritual insights.

Current Mission:
I work with individuals to uncover the roots of their struggles, understand the science of trauma, and access the tools to move beyond survival into healing and resilience. My journey from corporate success to a life centered on helping others reflects my belief that true worth isn’t tied to achievement but to self-acceptance and compassion.
