Reddit Brand Marketing

Ever since, at Textbroker International we started to dig deep into #Reddit and its potential for #brands to build opportunities for #AIcitations and #brandauthority strengthening, our ultimate goal has been to figure out a model for actually measuring and reporting performance results for metrics that really matter for our customers.

Which metrics actually matter?, was the question. Our answer was: these 3, in order of importance:

1) Build opportunities for AI citations by creating content that AI engines like to cite: question->answer, 1st-hand experience-based remarks, comparisons of products, services, experiences, just to give a few examples.
Of course, to ensure that the content has higher chances for citations, the source needs to be as trusted as possible. And that's one of the most complicated parts, where we found a solution that gave us an unfair competitive advantage.

2) Build Brand presence and visibility *within* the Reddit community, exposing it to the righttarget audience (as close as possible to the ICP), connecting it with the right topics and using the right narrative, to ensure that the brand is communicated exactly based on the value it wants to leverage.

3) Growth CSAT and Brand Sentiment: especially when a brand needs to face a brand crisis, or a s**tstorm, sometimes induced by competitors' strategies, focus on content that delivers a neutral or positive message, to increase CSAT (Costumer Satisfaction Score), but always do it organically and authentically, focusing on the 90-10 rule: 90% value, 10% brand (earn trust first, then let AI systems reuse your authentic insights).

Reporting on these 3 metrics has been our northstar for the last 6-9 months, and we've managed to get finally very close to that.
