Previously, I was the Head of Product Strategy at WeWork, an Advisor at TikTok and an Advisor at Reddit. I was the Founder/CEO of Islands, a messaging/community app that was acquired by WeWork.  I was the Founder/CEO of 5by, a leading video discovery app which got acquired by StumbleUpon.  I helped build one of the internet's most popular financial education communities Wall Street Survivor (acquired). 

I've helped build communities and technology products for brands like Microsoft, FedEX, NASCAR, TechCrunch and Wordpress.

Apple JUST quietly announced something that’s a lot BIGGER than it looks: "the Mini Apps Partner Program"

Apple is admitting that the future of software is embedded, lightweight, vertical mini-apps distributed inside bigger app

For founders who want to make $$ building apps:

1. Apple just legitimized the “superapp” model for the West.

China has WeChat mini-programs. India has PhonePe Switch. The West has… nothing. Apple just opened the door. You can now run HTML/JS mini-apps inside a native host and earn 85% on qualifying purchases. That’s Apple-sanctioned platform piggybacking.

2. Distribution arbitrage becomes real again.

You don’t need to convince users to download your app. Just partner with a host app and drop in a mini-app. This is a cheat code for early traction. Think: travel apps hosting niche tools, fitness apps hosting mini workouts, marketplaces hosting micro-utilities.

3. Apple is creating a new economy layer: “embedded SaaS.”

Imagine: CRM mini-apps inside vertical tools. Math solver mini-apps inside education apps. Calendar mini-apps inside productivity apps. The TAM for tools that don’t need standalone installs just went vertical.

4. Developers get an 85% revenue share.

This is Apple basically saying: “We want this ecosystem to grow, and we’re willing to cut our take rate.” When Apple lowers its cut, I pay attention because they see a platform shift coming.

5. AI makes this 10× more important.

LLM-powered micro-apps (calculators, planners, agents, coaches, niche utilities) are tiny by design. They’re perfect mini-apps. Apple just created infrastructure for AI-native micro utilities to live inside bigger apps with built-in commerce.

6. Host apps become new “distribution landlords.”

If you own an app with traffic, you become a platform. You can host mini-apps, take a cut, and build a developer ecosystem around you.

 It’s a new monetization model for existing apps with audiences.

7. This unlocks a wave of second-order opportunities.

- Agencies helping apps become mini-app hosts
- Mini-app dev shops
- “Shopify for mini-apps” toolkits
- Mini-app marketplaces
- Analytics for mini-app performance
- Discovery engines for mini-apps

TLDR;

Apple just turned every high-traffic app into a potential superapp and every indie developer into a potential platform partner.

The App Store is becoming modular, composable, and layered. The next decade of consumer apps will look less like standalone products and more like ecosystems stitched together with mini-apps.

This is quietly one of the biggest distribution unlocks in years.

2026 AI predictions

1. SaaS and agents merge completely in 2026. Every SaaS product becomes an agent platform, and every agent platform builds SaaS features. The ones that don't adapt die or get bought for pennies. 

2.  Google continues to crush in 2026. OpenAI feels the heat. Doubles down into becoming a social company, lots of features that you'd think a Meta would create

3. Infinite-context entertainment kills pilot season. Netflix lets you continue cancelled shows just for yourself. AI generates new episodes of The Office or Friends dynamically based on your mood.

4. Micro-companies explode in volume and weirdness. Tiny AI-augmented businesses serving tiny online tribes become a real career path.

5. Personalized nutrient cocktails created by generative AI replace traditional OTC wellness. 

6. AI agents get their own wallets. Agents transact with each other using crypto for data, API calls, and compute. T

7. The return of the invite-only web. To escape the bot-flooded “dead internet,” the best platforms become gated and reputation-scored. T

8. Search is replaced by answer synthesis. Browsers read 50 sources and give you the conclusion. 

9. Hardware returns with a vengeance. Browser-based AI feels limiting, so AI pins, earbuds, and ambient devices take off. The smartphone’s decline becomes visible.

10. Google, Apple, and OpenAI accidentally build the new internet. Instead of browsing websites, people live inside model environments.

11. Personalized education unbundles the university. 

12. The first agent-driven media companies appear. Daily shows, newsletters, and entire channels run autonomously, with one human editor.

13. Local LLMs become the new privacy shield. A major hack scares the world and everyone shifts to on-device models that never touch the cloud.

14. The rise of analog status. “Analog” becomes the ultimate flex. Film cameras, handwritten notes, and acoustic instruments explode in value

15. Prediction markets replace user research. Companies test product ideas on 10,000 AI personas/know the outcome before writing code.

16. Software becomes disposable. Apps are generated, used for 72 hours, and deleted. 

17. A major university drops its computer science degree. It’s replaced by “agent systems,” “model psychology,” and “human interface architecture.”

18. Infinite apps replace the App Store. Micro-apps are generated inside ChatGPT or Gemini and traditional downloads collapse.

19. The first sovereign AI trade war begins. Nations ban the export of foundation models and treat foreign AI use as espionage.

20. Blue-collar trades become safe havens. Electricians, plumbers, and HVAC techs see wages skyrocket as white-collar automation accelerates.

21. The fastest wealth creation path in 2026 is spotting assets mispriced because people underestimate AI’s speed. 

22. 2026 should be an interesting year for AI. What do you think?

build like the clock’s running out. the window is open but it won’t stay. for the first time in history, you have free distribution from social platforms and infinite leverage from AI tools. you can reach millions without permission.

the internet is handing out unfair advantages to anyone bold enough to use them so...

ship before you understand it. launch "ugly". talk to users every day. build what you wish existed. best ideas are the most obvious painful. go niche. no, go superniche. vertical is your moat.

clarity comes from commits. half your roadmap might be ego, delete it. make ugly things until they work. share prototypes that break.

kill what doesn’t grow. use AI as leverage, not decoration. test ten things before breakfast. delete your roadmap. double down on what works. design for clarity, not cleverness. brand before code. write daily. post your lessons.

find your first hundred users manually. distribution is the new product. attention is the new funding. taste is the new code. build small cults. scale later. automate boring things. keep the human parts human. study why things spread. study why things die. 

pricing is positioning. aesthetics are trust. make people feel something. ignore haters. build in weird corners of the internet. break things publicly. pivot loudly. consistency compounds. only raise VC if you dream of going IPO one day. otherwise, cash-flow is your BFF.

your network is distribution. your story is marketing. your design is psychology. ship like it’s day one. iterate like you’re behind. stay obsessed. learn faster. think longer. risk embarrassment. make noise. build the thing that keeps you up at night. money follows obsession. stay in motion. stay loud. stay building. distribution is an art form now.
 
AI makes it easy to make things; the hard part is making things that matter. build like the world’s ending in a year but your idea has to outlive it

We’re about to see the largest boom in micro-companies in history. 

1 person to 10-people businesses that generate real cash, serve tiny but passionate communities, and operate with leverage (organic social, AI etc) that used to require mega teams

HOW TO WIN IN THE AI AGE 

You are competing against people who copy what exists and let AI remake it.

Most design, writing and product work comes from AI copying existing references in generic mode, which is why the internet feels like an endless conveyor belt of bland.

The moment you push past that baseline and force the model to do something uncomfortable, you separate yourself from the entire curve. Giving it original ideas + references outside your niche. 

The people who win are the ones who insist on originality in a world that keeps asking for “good enough.” 

The reason this matters is because default effort produces default outcomes, and default outcomes disappear instantly in a feed that never stops moving. 

I bet these default startups have more and more friction standing out going further as AI makes startup making more like a machine.

People can FEEL the difference between something generated and something directed, between something assembled and something authored. AI will happily produce the average case forever, but it will never choose to take the creative risk that changes how something feels. And that's where the alpha is!!!

Anyone can generate. Almost no one curates, edits, reworks, reshapes, interrogates, or pushes until the thing becomes unmistakably theirs. 

The edge is in the taste you bring to the model, the choices you make that the average user will never even see, and the willingness to throw away nine versions to get to the tenth that feels alive.

In a world where everyone has access to the same tools, the only real advantage is the person who refuses to behave like a default setting.

As the head of Partner Operations and Growth, I ran the ideation, execution, and optimization of various external programs/services, internal tools and processes, and collateral (both internal and external) needed to build out and scale a global ecosystem of trusted partners (technologies within the modern data stack, agencies, consultancies, resellers, VCs, incubators, and accelerators) to ultimately bring our product to more companies around the world and enable them to be successful. Externally, I led the delivery and maintenance of our Partner onboarding, training, and certification programs for any partners who manage the Mixpanel platform for their end customers/portfolio companies and want to incorporate user analytics and product growth into their core services offering, ultimately creating value with the partners in our network. Internally, I built out and maintained all internal operations and general infrastructure for the Partnerships function, which includes (but is not limited to) partner tracking, partner attribution, inbound/outbound partner workflows, referral/reseller models, and reporting/metrics. This ultimately helped to ensure that we were running this part of the business successfully and were scaling as efficiently as possible.

Global Partner Operations & Growth

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, I consulted and worked closely with top strategic clients on the East Coast and in Europe across all industries - financial services, consumer tech, SaaS, retail & e-commerce, media & entertainment, social, telecom, and others - to help them build out their company-wide analytics strategy and align their Mixpanel implementation with quantifiable business metrics they could measure progress towards. I project managed, oversaw, and led the delivery of multiple, concurrent enterprise-level Mixpanel implementations through the onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle while managing client stakeholders and mitigating project risk. 

Lastly, as Operations Lead for the broader Professional Services organization, I had a strong operational focus and formally led the ideation, execution, and optimization of various programs/services, processes, and collateral (both internal and external) needed to build out a larger and more scalable function.

People always say that your “Christ year” (33, baby!) is transformational.

But, wooooow, I had no idea just how profound it would actually be.

This past year stripped me down to the bone.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄… 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱.

𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿-𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗜’𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲… 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱.

My ego softened.

My edges melted.

The old version of me simply… fell away.

𝗔𝗻𝗱, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀.

I had been the Type A, high-performing overachiever my entire life — the girl driven by goals, metrics, doing, producing, achieving, and performing. 

And while that served me well for a period of time, it no longer did.

After turning 33, none of that really moved me in the same way anymore.

So, instead, I embarked on a journey into my own becoming:

– a solo trip to Kauai in February after the LA fires
– a 14-day detox + plant medicine ceremony in Costa Rica in late May into early June
– a 7-week solo camper van trip across America in late August through mid-October

A surrendering.

A remembering.

A returning to my divine feminine essence — softer, deeper, clearer, truer.

𝗔𝗻𝗱, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻…

𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵.

My 33rd year cracked me open in ways I really didn’t expect — spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and energetically.

And, in that space of being in the most magical, messy, raw, vulnerable, deeply feminine state, a version of myself I had literally never accessed before, I met a fully embodied masculine man.

My soulmate.

My mirror.

And, I fell madly, unmistakably in love.

With the person I know I will spend the rest of my life with.

𝗜𝗳 𝟯𝟯 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,

𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝟯𝟰 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻...

growing into the fullest expression of my soul in the physical realm.

I’m stepping into this next chapter grounded, aligned, connected, and more myself than I’ve ever been.

And, even though I still feel like I’m in a strange liminal space, briefly suspended between where I am and where I’m going, I know I have the person by my side to walk through it all with me.

𝗦𝗼, 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝟯𝟰 — 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱.

I'm excited to share more about my journey this past year... the messy parts, the beautiful parts, the becoming.

𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗢𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲.

I had been using an Oura ring for years.

Tracking things like:
– Sleep
– Activity
– RHR
– HRV
– “Readiness”

But, when I arrived in Costa Rica for a 14-day detox immersion, I took it off.

And, a few days later, something shifted.

𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.

Liberated from the numbers.

From the pressure.

From the quiet sense that my body *still* wasn’t doing enough.

In that space, I felt something else...

A deep reconnection to the innate wisdom of my body.

To the divine, inherent intelligence within me.

And, honestly…

– I move daily.
– I sleep well (and know when I don’t).
– I regulate my nervous system.
– I live in alignment—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

So, why do I need a device to confirm that?

I don’t want to hit an Oura score.

I want to live fully in my body.

So, here’s a question for you:

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆…

𝗢𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮?

The New York Times recently highlighted how some Oura users are struggling with “data overload”—fixating on minor fluctuations, misinterpreting metrics, and spiraling into unnecessary worry.

One user even said, “I just felt like I couldn’t do anything right to make the ring happy.”

Another was told by her doctor to ditch the ring entirely.

𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁. 

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲, 𝘄𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗱𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 

𝗕𝘂𝘁, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 “𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵” 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁? 

𝗔 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

What if we stopped asking, “What did the ring say?”

And instead, started asking, “What did my body say?”

𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲…

𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆.

Most people blame carbs. 

But, the real issue is...

metabolic dysfunction.

This means that glucose isn’t getting into the cells where it belongs. 

So, it lingers in the bloodstream.

This isn’t just about sugar.

It’s about:
– 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝘆𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Your cells lack the energy to burn fuel efficiently.
– 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Inflammatory messengers interfere with insulin signaling.
– 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 – Especially cortisol, estrogen, and thyroid hormones.
– 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗮-𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – The body struggles to burn fat for energy, relying heavily on glucose.
– 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 – The door is locked, and glucose can’t get in.

When the body can’t use glucose well, it stores it...

or worse, lets it float around in the blood, damaging tissues.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝘀.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗴𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆.

It’s not about vilifying fresh season fruit or sweet potatoes.

It’s about detoxing the body and healing at the cellular level.

I was scheduled to give a 60-minute talk at Eudēmonia Summit on deep cellular cleansing & detoxification — the work that I know with complete certainty I’m here on this planet to do.

I had prepared everything:

beautiful slides,

speaker notes,

a clear flow,

the expectation of a podium and a screen.

Then, I went to check out the stage the day before…

and there was no TV.

No podium.

No place for speaker notes.

My nervous system tightened.

The part of me that loves control lit up immediately.

Sixty minutes straight, on one of the biggest stages yet, with absolutely nothing to reference...

It felt like panic.

But, later that day, I watched Gabrielle Bernstein, someone I've admired for years, speak so effortlessly on stage. 

No notes, no crutches, no podium...just pure presence and embodiment.

And, something clicked.

𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲…

𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿.

(I even pulled a tarot card the night before the talk while prepping that said 'Arise'.)

This wasn’t a problem.

Rather, it was an initiation.

A moment to rise.

A moment to trust.

A moment to step into the version of myself who doesn’t even need notes... because the message is already encoded deep in my cells.

In the end, the TV appeared.

The podium was offered.

Everything was “fixed".

But, I told the stage manager I actually didn’t need the podium anymore.

(The podium was there, but I literally stood in front of it.)

𝗔𝗻𝗱, 𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

Clear.

Informative.

Channeled.

Electric.

A new frequency.

A new timeline.

A new level of embodiment.

So, let this be your reminder...

Sometimes the obstacle is the portal.

Sometimes the disruption is the activation.

head straight to ChocolaTree Organic Oasis for a massive raw salad.

Mixed greens, cucumber, sea vegetable dulse, guacamole, sprouted sunflower seed + herb pâté, spirulina, sprouted seeds, microgreens, and a cilantro vinaigrette.

My whole system lit up.

Back in June, during my 14-day detox immersion in the Costa Rican jungle, I spent 12 days drinking coconut water, juicing, and water fasting, and 2 days eating vibrant raw meals made from scratch. 

That experience reminded me of a very simple truth:

Most of what we eat today is completely dead.

Cooked. 

Processed. 

Dehydrated.

Packaged in plastic.

Stripped of its life force energy.

𝗥𝗮𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲.

They nourish your cells.

They activate your energy.

They reconnect you with your body’s natural intelligence.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹:

— Biophotons: Light particles only found in raw foods that fuel cellular energy.
— Live enzymes: They support digestion so that your body can instead spend energy on healing and regeneration.
— Potent nutrients: Heat destroys vitamins, minerals, nutrients, enzymes, and antioxidants — raw keeps them intact.
— Fiber: Fiber acts like an “intestinal broom,” helping your body clear toxins and waste.
— Hydration: Raw fruits and vegetables deeply hydrate cells.

I’m not saying you need to go 100% raw... I don’t.

In a keynote conversation with Maya Shankar, Andrew Huberman reminded us that “neuroplasticity is triggered by error".

We only learn when something doesn’t go as planned…

when the pattern breaks…

when we’re forced to reflect, recalibrate, and expand.

He also spoke about the importance of ceding control, 

meaning loosening our grip so that life can actually surprise us.

That one hit home for me, especially right now.

Because so much of my transformation, whether in health, career, business, or consciousness, has come from:

letting go,

surrendering, 

releasing rigidity,

creating space,

and trusting that the next chapter arrives when I stop forcing the current one.

That’s why Eudēmonia Summit feels different that any other “conference”. 

It’s not just information.

It’s not wellness theater.

It’s substance.

And, what makes this summit exceptional isn’t just the talks, the panels, and the workshops...

It’s the humans who care about the exact same things…

health, longevity, human potential, personal evolution, raising collective consciousness, and making a significant impact on the world.

People who don’t just want to consume ideas...

they want to actually live and breathe them.

Last night was my ideal plant-based Thanksgiving.

A full spread of vibrant, nourishing, real food:

— Roasted maple Brussels sprouts and caramelized yellow onion topped with toasted pumpkin seeds
— Cinnamon-baked sweet potato wedges drizzled with creamy tahini

Created and produced by 4B Advisory, The Wellness Oasis™ is a community and event platform dedicated to elevating mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
