I do not know about everyone else, but speaking for myself, at this stage of my job search I honestly do not need detailed feedback anymore.

What helps the most is clarity.

After interviews, even a single line update makes a big difference, such as
• Your profile is shortlisted
• Your profile is not moving ahead
• The role is currently on hold

Whether one candidate is interviewed or multiple candidates are interviewed for a role, a clear yes or no helps candidates plan their next steps.

TO MAKE IT EVEN SIMPLER

Yes or No

Or we can even use simple codes

Type 1 if the profile is rejected
Type 2 if the role is on hold

THAT IS ALL !!!

Not replying to follow up emails, not answering calls, or going silent after interviews often leaves candidates uncertain and stuck, which can increase anxiety and stress, especially given the current hiring market situation.

This is not coming from a place of complaint. I am a recruiter myself and I understand the pressure, the volume, and the responsibilities involved.

Which is exactly why I believe that for interviewed candidates, clear communication is an important part of the candidate experience.
No explanations needed. Just clarity.
