→ Don’t just read it, internalize it
→ Grasp the core idea before moving forward
→ Make it yours, not the textbook’s

2. Explain it clearly, like you’re teaching a beginner
→ Use simple language anyone could follow
→ Strip away jargon and complexity
→ If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it yet

3. Identify gaps in your understanding
→ Notice where your explanation breaks down
→ Spot what’s missing or still unclear to you
→ Be honest about what you don’t fully grasp

4. Review the source and refine your understanding
→ Go back to the original material
→ Fill in the gaps you discovered
→ Strengthen your knowledge until it’s crystal clear

Stop consuming more.
