Passiflora is an international beauty distribution company specialising in beauty devices and cosmetics. 
I was employed by Passiflora in March 2021 as their Customer Service Manager to help implement the International Customer Service department.  At the time, there were minimal company processes available, so I spearheaded this. As a result, with the help of the rest of the team, we now have efficient processes in place.

On a daily basis, I manage the team, ensuring that they have the tools they need, as well as support to work effectively and happily. This involves hiring the correct employees, training and coaching  them regularly to maintain our high standards. I also help to set the departments goals and OKRs. I am also responsible for customer refunds and reships.
I specialise in de-escalations by finding the correct resolution for the customer giving the optimum outcome. 

I am always listening to customer feedback and tracking trends; this enables me to improve efficiency which in turn, gives our customers the best customer experience. 

We use various social media platforms where customers can make contact with us.  I manage these platforms to ensure we uphold our excellent reputation management. 

Last year, to improve efficiency and customer service further, I helped to implement a new product education system.  We give customers 1-2-1 zoom sessions to educate them on how to best use the product and to gain full potential for their treatments.

Having previously run 2 successful businesses of peripatetic pet care (pet sitting) and an artisan food business, my experiences have enabled me to become a strong communicator and highly organised.
