Cashplay is a unique monetization platform for game developers allowing their players to compete
against each other in eSports tournaments and win real cash prizes.

• Managed a global marketing team across 5 countries.
• Launched multiple games with celebrity talent.
• Designed and launched the Cashplay Watch and Win advertising model (launched on Google Play
in December 2015).
• Worked with the some of the top eSports designers to create a new Cashplay Games Portal website.
• Planned and executed a social media strategy to grow Cashplay’s social presence across Facebook
and Twitter. Social following increased 50% since November 2015.
• Designed and executed B2B marketing campaigns to increase developer relations.
• Managed highly specialized mobile user acquisition campaigns across 5+ channels including
Facebook, Tapjoy and Ad Colony.
• Collaborated with technical leads on web product roadmaps including: site design, API and SDK
improvements.

Pickstream/Onside Sports

Onside Sports is a competitive social network for sports fans and bettors. 

• Designed, executed and managed dozens of email marketing strategies. Sent 1mm+ emails per month and increased open rates 2x.
• Created and executed sales techniques for Onside’s referral program resulting in 100+ affiliates
implementing the program (banner ads, tracking code + admin account) in 3rd party app/website.
• Supported in performance marketing/analytics by researching the latest mobile ad publishing
platforms (iAd, Amazon, Mopub, Facebook, inMobi and others).
• Created the highest CPM from the app’s user base via native ads (250k+ downloads pushing 15mm+ impressions /month).
• Planned and executed a social media strategy to help Onside’s struggling social presence across
Facebook, Google+ and Twitter. Social following grew from 250 to 5,000+ in 6 months

Kerosene/Americana Games is a high end mobile game publisher for all major mobile platforms.


• Developed and executed user acquisition, marketing and display ad strategies for Bladeslinger, a
top 5 paid 3D action game for iOS.
• Implemented dozens of mobile ad/reward SDKs and optimized them to produce the highest
engagement rate/CPM based on the game’s audience.
• Assisted in the game design and development on multiple titles from planning stage to iOS/Android
launch.
• Assisted in development and pitching game design/proposals to high end publishers like Amazon
and Microsoft.
• Gained extensive knowledge on the new Unity and Windows 8 platforms and one of the first teams
to develop for the Amazon Fire Phone.

DeNA

Ngmoco was a freemium pioneer and currently creates, produces and distributes games/platforms
for iOS and Android. Acquired by DeNA in 2011 for $400 million.  

• Managed ad integration, trafficking and optimization for 30+ iOS and Android games.
• Grew total monthly ad impressions from 100M to 130M+ in 3 months.
• Closed and invoiced over $10M in ad sales in 2011, including a $1M month in Q4 2011.
• Assisted the business development team and lead their opportunity research strategies (via chart
analytics and custom algorithms) to help close more than 50+ mobile partnerships in 2011.
• Worked alongside the performance marketing lead and reported directly to the Director of
Advertising and Director of Strategic Partnerships.
• Executed multiple custom ad campaigns for top brands including Intel, Coke and HP.
• Worked directly with agency/exchange platform leads at Mopub (Twitter), Tapjoy, Appssavvy and
Mobclix (Velti).
