Microsoft

In this role, I lead cross-team planning to align product launches and disclosures with business decision maker (BDM) narratives, ensuring marketing motions reflect real product usage and customer value.
I also collaborate internally on Customer Zero storytelling by identifying and further developing high-impact stories focusing on Microsoft’s AI and sustainability leadership for a BDM audience. This requires partnering with outbound marketing, legal, and core product marketing teams to scale across channels.
I also champion internal AI tooling adoption by identifying productivity use cases, curating toolkits, and leading enablement sessions to upskill the broader audience marketing team. 
Further, I support monthly metrics reviews and product usage analysis to inform marketing strategy and operational excellence.

Product Marketing Manager - BDM Audience Marketing

As Internal Engagement Co-Lead for Microsoft’s Indigenous ERG (now known as an Inclusion Network), I helped amplify the voices of Indigenous employees across the company. I co-developed strategies that aimed to foster belonging, cultural visibility, and community connection. This meant designing and hosting hybrid and/or digital events, as well as coordinating with programs like Elevate and AI for Good to align our inclusion efforts with Microsoft’s broader social impact goals. I also led planning and delivery for Indigenous Heritage Month, to curate programming for internal audiences that honored Indigenous cultures and histories while engaging employees across the company.

I developed compelling sustainability product positioning and messaging that resonated with target audiences and ensured consistency across all marketing channels. Part of this work involved producing high-quality marketing content, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. I worked to action feedback from said stakeholders to help refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings. Additionally, I monitored and analyzed the performance of marketing campaigns with data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.

Product Marketing Manager - Sustainability

I led process and messaging for Industry Cloud Marketing tier 2 events. This meant working with broader Industry Cloud teams to secure content, speakers, and external partners for events. Post-event, I drove analysis and uptake to ensure marketing contacts entered sales cycles.

As the first Education Expert for Portland in Microsoft Retail, led the transition from pre-pandemic community engagement and sales to post-pandemic sales and community support. Engaged account managers and Microsoft Cloud Partners to drive sales in devices and cloud across accounts. Provided direct training, both virtually and in-person, for institutions adopting new technology.

Campus Compact of Oregon

I provided professional support to CAC members across Oregon, assisting with both their service sites and life as AmeriCorps members. I recorded, tracked, and reported compliance data from CAC sites administered by Campus Compact of Oregon. I designed and developed user guides for local and statewide resources for AmeriCorps service members and their service sites. Additionally, I collaboratively developed youth-centered curriculum and provided regular, relevant training to AmeriCorps members, leaders, and service site staff to drive their programmatic and personal goals. I also designed and facilitated a year-long Learning Community for AmeriCorps service members and Campus Compact staff to engage with the context and impact of structural power, both personally and professionally.

I served as the primary program manager and student resource for the Roosevelt High School Writing Center, providing students with tutoring, college assistance, and employment assistance while recording and tracking data for reporting. I created curriculum in concert with digital tools to connect students to remote assistance and skills development. I coordinated with instructors, the SUN school, attendance specialists, and other on-site resources to develop and maintain best practices. Additionally, I designed and facilitated a year-long Learning Community for AmeriCorps service members and Campus Compact staff to engage with the context and impact of structural power, both personally and professionally.
