Senior Director, Community

Lead an international team of 12 community managers. Drive strategy and provide oversight for creator community programs, user group programs, partnerships and the Creative Residency program. Previously led product marketing for Photoshop, Photoshop on the iPad, Adobe Fresco for iPad, Illustrator, InDesign which included GTM strategy, market positioning and launch of new products as well as ramping customer advocacy efforts.

Responsible for marketing packaged software including Adobe Edge, Creative Suite Web Edition, Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and other product currently under development and hosted online services including Adobe Shadow, Adobe BrowserLab and Business Catalyst. Managed team of six marketing managers in two countries.

Responsible for marketing Adobe Web solutions including Adobe Creative Suite Web Edition, Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and online services for the web professional including Adobe InContext Editing and Adobe BrowserLab.

Group Product Marketing Manager, Web

Responsible for marketing Adobe Creative Suite Web Edition and Adobe Dreamweaver.

Product Marketing Manager

Product manager for developer focused subscription program at Macromedia. Responsible for defining subscription offering from desktop software to testing servers to product extensions to key Macromedia products. Developed product extension specs for quarterly updates that tied to Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, and ColdFusion and managed outsourcing of extension development. Eventually managed end of life for subscription service.

Product Manager/Owner, DevNet Subscriptions Program

Online marketing including web content, direct email and electronic newsletters, and online advertising for Macromedia tools products including Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks. Major projects included online marketing strategy and plans for launch of Flash MX in March 2002 and Dreamweaver MX and Fireworks MX in May 2002.

Online Marketing Manager

Developed content and site strategy for Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Dreamweaver UltraDev, ColdFusion product sections of Macromedia.com for five major product launches.

During my tenure at Adobe (and Macromedia prior), I’ve held a sequence of marketing leadership positions focused on product launches, scaled global adoption and community building. I presently lead an international team focused on creator engagement for Creative Cloud. My passion for creator/customer adjacency is matched by my passion for people development.
