From knowing nothing about tech sales to leading international SDR teams, I’ve built my career by turning challenges into playbooks for success.

I started as a BDR, where I consistently achieved 120–150% of quota by combining data-driven prospecting with personalisation and disciplined execution. Those early results shaped the framework I still use today — one that balances efficiency with authenticity and consistency.

As I progressed, I realised that my passion extended beyond personal performance. I found greater purpose in helping others grow, supporting SDRs as they built confidence, refined their approach, and stepped into their own potential. That’s what led me into leadership.

Today, as Director of Sales Development, I lead SDR teams across EMEA and APAC. Together, we generate over $12M in qualified pipeline annually, fueling enterprise and commercial SaaS sales cycles. 

I work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales leadership to align outbound strategy, MQL routing, and enablement programs with revenue goals.

My leadership philosophy is grounded in tailored coaching, clear accountability, and building a culture of ownership. This has helped:

✅  Deliver 132% attainment in Q1 and 128% in Q2 (FY26)

✅  Promote 50% of SDRs into AE and CSM roles

✅  Contribute pipeline results that earned me two President’s Club awards

What I’m most proud of, though, is building environments where SDRs grow into roles they once thought were out of reach.

Looking ahead, I’m passionate about scaling global SDR functions, refining GTM strategy, and preparing the next generation of sales leaders.
