Sicuramente il primo anno non ero pronto allo studio universitario, non avevo un metodo di studi collaudato e funzionante, ma piuttosto applicavo un metodo di studi liceale non adatto all'Università. Questo primo anno ha sicuramente influito sulla votazione finale. 
Un secondo anno, invece, in cui ho decisamente cambiato marcia, alzando la media, trovando un metodo di studio consolidato e che mi frutta ad oggi conoscenze superiori a quelle offerte dal singolo corso, dettate dalla curiosità. Un secondo anno in cui parallelamente al corso di studi universitario ho partecipato e vinto il Samsung Innovation Camp con un fantastico lavoro in team. 
Un terzo anno da 28 di media e la possibilità di partecipare al prossimo Silicon Valley Study Tour. 
Comunque ho completato questo percorso senza mai essere bocciato ad un esame e senza aver mai rifiutato un voto per varie motivazioni.

Podcaster presso RadioZ4VR Podcast, un podcast a tema musicale dove insieme ad un altro ragazzo raccontiamo settimanalmente le nuove uscite sulla scena musicale italiana, commentando e lasciando pareri su nuovi dischi o canzoni.  Effettuo saltuariamente anche il lavoro di montaggio audio per la creazione dell'episodio.  In seguito lascio descrizione del nostro Podcast: "Spotify sta cambiando il mondo della musica e il modo di ascoltarla. Sta cambiando anche il mondo dei podcast e noi tenteremo di farlo insieme a lui. In ogni episodio tratteremo un argomento legato alla musica, indagando tutti gli aspetti della vita a cui essa si collega. La musica nasce per unire, anche se ognuno ha i suoi gusti, per questo avremo svariati ospiti durante i nostri episodi che ci racconteranno quali sono le canzoni e gli artisti che hanno segnato di più il loro percorso. I have always taken parallel paths to my studies. From one of these at the end of 2020 was born the idea and project of PickEat as first version, we pivoted in 2023 to event industry after a great test:   
we launched our first MVP at the event of Mercatino del Gusto with 40,000 people reached and 12,000 app accesses (22% of total orders booked through PickEat).

We've seen different solution that are trying to implement app on user side to skip the queue and order online. But there are many issues. 

This is why we want to start on vendor side at the stadium. Understanding the production time of any single item, how many orders they can manage at the same time and supplies. With those data working to make a distribution before the game and know exactly the capacity ptoduction time slot per timeslot. 
Then, we can optimise supplies and distribution with pre-orders and machine learning (or AI as today is more popular) on previous orders. 

Then, we can move on user side and let them order and pay via smartphone, the available timeslots willl be the timeslots where the vedor still has capacity. At the same time we don't want to move the line on digital side, so we'll be the vendor with a notification to notify to the user that the order is ready. 

We want to optimize production capacity, saving costs and waste (becasue you make errors due to the stress) and at the same time we offer to fans an experience on the game with no wasting time.

I transformed the traditional sales model of this local tour operator's day trips by seeking partnerships with prominent online platforms such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia, and Musement. This strategic move not only enabled customers to plan and book excursions in advance but also resulted in remarkable boosts in sales revenue and enhanced marketing visibility for the company, skyrocketing its reach.

I was the primary liaison between the company and the contracted software developers, overseeing the development of the company's website and internal systems. I collaborated with team members and management to gather and communicate system requirements. Additionally, I managed website content and back-end systems for streamlined operations.

I took on a multifaceted role as the company's IT support, addressing office technical issues, managing social media content creation, and producing/editing video content for LED publicity screens. I actively engaged in handling website inquiries, live chat, and resolution of complaints and complex issues which were escalated to me by the customer service team. I demonstrated leadership by serving as a go-to resource for customer-facing staff on complex matters. Additionally, I provided essential PA duties for the director and took charge of GDPR compliance, ensuring continuous learning, updates, and team training on regulatory requirements.

Back Office (Operations and Online Sales)

I commenced my journey with TUI Group as an Airport Representative for Thomson Holidays, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of airport operations, including arrival and departure transfers, flight delay handling, and ancillary sales.

Recognizing my capabilities, I was swiftly promoted to the role of Airport Transfers Coordinator within another group company. Operating both in the transport office and at the airport, I played a pivotal role in planning transfer itineraries for TUI UK and TUI NL, handling customer communication, orchestrating meet and greets, adapting bus manifests on short notice, and overseeing a team of airport bus drivers.

Here, I designed and implemented a process which replaced three hours of manual work each day with one keyboard shortcut, ensuring excellent service to our internal and external customers.

This dynamic position honed my skills in quick decision-making, fast-paced problem-solving, and effective workload management in high-pressure situations.

I began my career at Bristol Evening Post and Press as a B2B telesales representative. Soon after joining the company, I identified a new sales opportunity to create a feature in the newspaper for Bristol Pride, for which I secured the participation and collaboration of local LGBT businesses.

My innovation with this feature was recognised by the advertising director, who created a new role for me as co-partnership coordinator, where I dedicated my work to seeking creative ways to form advertising collaborations between manufacturers and retailers, liaising with our sales teams, to generate increased advertising revenue and sponsorship opportunities.

I worked for three months in mortgage packaging (early stage of the mortgage process) and transferred to the mortgage completions department (final stage). Being in a unique position of having user experience with the company's systems at both stages, I was chosen to work with a contracted project manager whose responsibility was to merge the two departments. I gained valuable communication skills and had the opportunity to get an introduction to the design of business processes.
