As a Reliability Coordinator, my day is dedicated to ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of EV charging stations across the country. Here’s how:

Monitoring & Diagnosing Systems: I oversee various CMS platforms, constantly monitoring data to detect potential issues or faults. By diagnosing these remotely, I can often resolve issues without the need for an on-site visit, or if necessary, prepare and dispatch a technician with all the details they need to fix the charger efficiently.

Guiding & Supporting Technicians: When a technician is required, I provide comprehensive guidance, and troubleshooting alongside them to ensure they feel prepared and confident. My goal is to empower them to deliver exceptional service.

Coordinating with Key Stakeholders: Communication is at the heart of my role, as I collaborate with customers, manufacturers, OEMs, site hosts, and technicians to ensure all parties are aligned and each job is completed thoroughly.

Monthly Reporting & Insights: I develop detailed reports and dashboards, presenting customers with a clear overview of the work completed on their assets, charger health insights, and any trends identified. This data-driven approach keeps stakeholders informed and allows them to make proactive decisions.

Process Improvement & Tool Creation: I’m always on the lookout for ways to streamline processes, enhancing efficiency and sustainability. If a tool is missing or a process could be improved, I’ll build it, creating a smoother workflow and ensuring timely service.

Customer Education & Support: I work closely with customers, sharing insights on charging station functionality, electrical concepts, and the driver experience to deepen their knowledge and support their operations.
