Zavy 360’s pioneering cloud-based health platform makes caring for patients and growing a practice easier than ever. Working alongside my co-founder and some of the most renowned practitioners in the industry, we set to work creating a software platform that would make a meaningful difference in the day to day running of a healthcare practice. 

Recognizing the challenges in the fragmented health care industry - we knew that if we were going to build a solution, it had to be ground-breaking, and better than anything on the market. So that’s exactly what we did. 

Zavy 360 is cloud-based but works like an app for a faster and more seamless experience and is filled with the timesaving tools that practices crave. Using feedback from countless doctors and their patients, we've developed software that is adaptable and intuitive and saves practices precious time that can be spent caring for patients.

Zeno Dental (SFD in Europe) is at the forefront of state-of-the-art technology in dental practice management software. We bring together the right combination of a feature-packed product and efficient service to offer complete value for money to our clients. 

With over 25 years history, working in collaboration with a team of practicing dentists, practice managers, hygienists and therapists, our programmers have created the best of breed system designed with a sole purpose of improving the efficiency and workflow of a dental practice. Compare to other software, the system to be easy-to-use, exceptionally quick and allows interconnection between practices.

Having worked in IT for many years, I developed a passion to help business succeed by technology, especially in the healthcare space. 

I first started Zeno IT to provide the infrastructure to help my clients grow. I thrive on the challenge of consulting and advising clients on the right tech and solution to power their business and drive it forward. 

We service many different organisations, from professional services, medical, multinationals to ASX small caps. Over the years, as we expand we have built a team of IT experts to integrate emerging new technologies - ERP, internet, e-commerce, mobile device; my role has also changed to become IT Manager / CTO for these companies. I never stop learning, even starting an MBA which helped raised my knowledge in other areas like finance and marketing. 

I have a keen passion in Healthcare. Many years ago, we distributed a UK practice system which  gave us fantastic insights in how established practice operate and more importantly we they want. 

When a member of my family needed care from various healthcare professionals, I experienced a real disconnect between practitioners and patients.  So alongside my co-founders and some of Australia’s most respected practitioners, I set about reinventing practice solution with Zavy360. 

I recognise the challenges people face every day in their home or workplace. I want to help make a difference by providing solutions, using the best tech and service talent available.

Negotiated supplier contracts as a result of corporate ASX listing to private equity transition.

Uplifted operations to improve business continuity risk management. Implemented new data governance policies and procedures resulting in improved data quality. As a result of these and other measures implemented, customer feedback KPIs were improved.

Customers included Asahi, CUB, Diageo, Harvey Norman, Officeworks, and The Good Guys, among others.

Through IoTData.io, I brought IoT based environmental monitoring solutions from across Asia and the globe to the Australian market to help government agencies, asset owners and operators monitor the environment, protect assets, and optimise operations. 

A key project delivered was an AI powered bushfire / wildfire detection solution including deployment in the Australian Capital Territory with the Rural Fire Service in partnership with Optus and Mindaroo Foundation.

I worked with partners and customers to ensure they can maximise positive outcomes through the use of Acularo's ThoughtWeb. A SaaS/private cloud business management platform, it was deployed for strategy execution management, business transformation, project portfolio and program management across Australian Defence divisions including CASG, Joint Operations, Air Force, and Navy.
Delivered projects providing management operating system dashboards for operational visibility to enterprises in ecommerce, logistics, and mining sectors.

As the Engagement Manager I worked with founders, business owners and R&D managers in startups and SMEs to access the R&D Tax Incentive and the Export Market Development Grant. I actively represented Access RnD in the funding and business accelerator ecosystem, partnering with a range of allied service providers to help grow the innovative startups and SMEs. I also developed a marketing strategy and implemented new branding, website and started deploying a new CRM.

Spearheading projects for government and industry clients in Australia and internationally, I've delivered innovative solutions for critical infrastructure operators (energy/water/transport), defence, emergency services, law enforcement, financial services, manufacturers, minerals processing, and retailers. 

I've worked across the entire data value chain, including with NV1 clearance, from generation and capture to data quality and governance, data matching, predictive analytics, presentation and storytelling with data types such as IoT, customer, engineering, retail, and geospatial among others. These have encompassed data privacy, ethics, and high security government environments.

It's a squiggly 〰️, spiky career 🌀. That brings with it the ability to connect the dots across many industries and functions. As a generalist leader, I might not be the best at any one of those skills, but I can bring it all together. General manager, army general, general medical practitioner...these titles arise for a reason.

Lead in ESG, sustainability, data, and operations. It's what I do.

I've been a volunteer NFP board director and chair, and actively mentor tech startups and founders.

Beyond the professional realm, I'm a family man, home handyman, photographer, and connoisseur of cooking and cars.
