As a founding member of EARN I have played an integral role in shaping and building the company. Taking our learnings and experience from the world of energy drinks, primarily Red Bull and Monster, we help clients implement a more powerful and effective form of marketing, focusing on ‘story-doing’ rather than story-telling, to achieve the desired results.  

Working with a diverse client portfolio I focus on developing astute strategy and disruptive creative to solve business challenges. Nike ACG: 
- Sports Marketing: Executed a holistic 3-year sponsorship programme of the British Universities Snowsports Council to support European marketing strategy.
- PR: Increased brand PR coverage by working closely with print and digital core media, which included running press trips to leverage the team and products. 
- Team Management: Successfully developed and managed one of the most talented UK teams of Snowsports athletes. Ensured the team credibly represented the Nike ACG brand through media channels and events. 
- Retail: Improving brand preference amongst retail staff through executing a training programme and implementing brand communication initiatives. Worked with retailers to develop bespoke in-store events to drive traffic and increase sales.
LG Electronics: 
- Coordinated a highly successful integrated campaign to activate LG’s sponsorship of the FIS Snowboard World Cup within the UK. Strategy included event and athlete alliance, an innovative nationwide grassroots initiative, experiential activities at events, and a digital support campaign to include social networking. 
- Additional global consultant work on LG Snowboard sponsorship strategy.
