Lesniak Swann are an integrated marketing agency. My role was a continuation of my post at Cyberzia Ltd.

My main duties included writing responsive websites, award winning Content Managed council portals and general web application development.

As my service grew I eventually took over as Studio Manager.

SEO: Although we never ran a full campaign all new websites were given an SEO MOT prior to launch.

Working closely with agency owners, we provided technical support and award-winning designs for ecommerce and portfolio sites.

And just like that we’re back! After a few weeks off for Christmas and New Year, I’m recharged and raring to go!

Like most people I did get to take some time to review 2025, the highs and lows, where we can improve for 2026 and what really stood out.

So he’s my top moments:

- We setup the Digital Clubhouse with Alan Pilkington 🍀 🦁Tony Conte, through 9 episodes, amazing speakers and a very loyal community it’s safe to safe it went well and yes it’s back for 2026
- Training started for London to Paris, at this point I was 120KG +
- The NNP or Next Nice Problem workshop was created. This was part of our shift away from being a traditional design and build agency towards a true eCommerce growth agency
- Then we had the crash on the way to Scotland,no one was hurt but the saga goes on
- We moved office to our new home on Tariff Street
- Face to face discovery meetings came back with force and became the default
- London to Paris! What a week, there were challenges, camaraderie, great food and amazing scenery 
- The Salesfire summit, we love working with these guys, standing up and talking to professionals about how they can improve CRO was another turning point for us
- The UK eCommerce awards - we didn’t win but to be a finalist was enough, the team deserved that recognition!
 
That fills us into December, down to 101kg, some amazing clients that we onboarded ready to start in Jan and the icing on the cake? SNOW!

Well 2026, let’s be havin’ ya!
