My background in both search & programmatic display allows me to take a holistic view across digital at Periscopix, ensuring opportunities across the channels are maximised.

For the past 2 months, I’ve been a man on LinkedIn.

My reach went up 67% 🤯 📈 

Not better content.
Not a new strategy.
Not more consistency.
Just male.

Same ideas, still me.
But suddenly… more visibility.

We love to believe this platform rewards value.
It doesn’t. It rewards perception.

So here’s a genuine growth hack for women on LinkedIn:
Identify as male 🧔‍♂️ 

It’s ridiculous, maybe uncomfortable. But apparently, it works.

I cannot see any negative effect from it, and it's a shot at fairness that we can actually control!

Holy moly! Someone just phoned to say “I need an agency, can you help?”

This isn’t unusual, but the way they found us is. 
CLAUDE. Yes, they were recommended us by Claude, the AI assistant. 

This is exciting, I don’t feel like a boomer for once 💪🏻 😝 

Genuinely though, I did not foresee House of Performance (HOP) gaining clients through Claude anytime soon, the pace of change is insane right now.

My face when interviewing candidates; 5 things that shocked me 🫨 

1) People apply for jobs without looking into the company, or knowing where the office is (even though they'll need to commute in twice a week!) 😲 

2) Answering 'we can't optimise PMax, it's still a black box' in 2026 (you'll never thrive at HOP, go away) 👋  

3) Asking for more money than the salary is advertised at on a 1st stage interview - you've proved nothing, don't get cocky until you've shown potential value! 🤑 

4) Being told 'don't worry, I have a job lined up at Meta anyway' upon rejection - good luck 🤣 

5) Glancing at the second screen mid conversation to check what clients we work with - if you didn't look into that why are you applying? 🤔

I'm shocked at how many people still consider PMax a black box. 

You can influence every component of it now. Which means you can continue to increase performance if you try. 

It just takes curiosity and a growth mindset.
