My first mentor was doing around 30 homes a year.

💰 Cea mai scumpă decizie în ianuarie: “Facem un proiect MARE, transformǎm toatǎ firma cu tehnologie!”

Am vazut multe companii care încep in felul asta.
Se chinuie doi ani!
Si de abia apoi încep sa foloseasca minimal tehnologia!
Pe cand deja e invechita. 🫣 

Obiectivele mari:
- “Implementăm un CRM/ERP complet”
- “Digitalizăm tot”
- “Automatizăm departamentul X”

Sunt bune! Intențiile sunt bune. 

Problema e că proiectele mari:
- dau de lucru si blochează si mai mult oamenii cheie din firma
- cresc rezistența internă (“iar schimbăm ceva…”)
- și au ROI foarte foarte târziu

În loc, folosește regula asta:
✅ Obiectiv bun = 1 flux de lucru + 1 rezultat + 30 zile.

 Exemple:
- “Lead - răspuns în 5 minute”
- “Ofertare - facuta in maxim 2h”
- "Follow-upuri? - sistem clar si automatizat"
- “Probleme in firma? - creare tichet pe WhatsApp, alocare responsabil instant si rezolvare eficienta!”

Asta creează momentum. 
Iar momentumul bate planul MARE.
Și oamenii devin PROMOTORI AI SCHIMBARII!

Intrebare pentru tine:
- Care e fluxul de lucru care te seaca de energie cel mai mult azi? 
(un cuvânt: “leaduri”, “ofertare”, “stoc”, “programări”, “suport clienti”)

Dacă ai WhatsApp + Excel + Email… ai deja un „sistem”.
Doar că e manual. Și te costă bani în fiecare zi.

Știi cum îl recunoști?

Pentru fiecare proces important din firmă (leaduri, vânzări, ofertare, livrare, facturare, suport clienți), răspunde rapid cu DA/NU:

✅ Datele sunt în 2–3 locuri diferite?
✅ Copiem manual info între sisteme?
✅ Se pierd cereri / se răspunde târziu?
✅ Depindem de „întreabă pe X”?
✅ N-avem status clar (nou / în lucru / rezolvat)?

Dacă ai 3+ DA, ai o pierdere de bani.

Fricțiunea asta înseamnă:
timp pierdut
greșeli
clienți pierduți 
oameni buni blocați în "copy-paste"

Întrebarea e: 
 👉 Unde pierzi bani acum?
Vrei sa afli?

În fiecare săptămână fac 1 întâlnire la masǎ:
🍽️ La restaurantul care îți place
🧾 Vi cu 1–2 procese concrete
🔎 Identificăm “blocajele” (unde pierzi)
🤖 Pleci cu idei si solutii de cum te poate ajuta AI-ul

Vrei săptămâna viitoare? 
Locul de săptămâna asta e luat - de abia astept sa ne vedem Dorin Zagrean!

Oricum trebuie sǎ mâncǎm... deci putem sǎ mâncǎm cu folos!

Scrie-mi „PRANZ” și stabilim detalii.

Ore care odata salvate, pot fi folosite pentru a face mai multe vanzari si pentru a servisa clientii mai bine. 

Dacă ai o firmă în care:
- se colaborează mult intern (IT, HR, logistică, operațional)
- intră zilnic solicitări de la colegi sau clienți
- sesizarile sunt peste tot, haotic: WhatsApp / telefoane / “întreabă pe X”…
- Nu e claritate cine solicita, cine rezolva ce, pana cand....

Atunci pierzi bani în fiecare zi, si ști asta!

✅ Ce face automatizarea si sistemul acesta? pe scurt...
- 1 singur loc pentru sesizări (formular / WhatsApp / portal)
- tichet cu ID + prioritate + categorie + status
- alocare autoamta: cine preia / cine rezolvă / per departament
- timpi măsurați (de rezolvare, intarzieri etc) + raportare
- notificări pe whatsapp, pe email, la rezolvare etc
- feedback la final

Realitatea dinainte de implementare:
❌ “Cine a cerut asta?”
❌ “Când?”
❌ “Cine se ocupă?”
❌ “Mai trimite-mi o poză…”
❌ “Am uitat să răspundem…
❌ “Unde e informatia… ?
❌ “Care e statusul?
❌ “Iar pierdem ca ne miscam ca melcul!!!

✅ Totul devine tichet cu ID
✅ Status clar: Nou → Alocat → În lucru → Rezolvat → Închis
✅ Atașamente la tichet, nu în chat-uri
✅ SLA real: vezi ce e blocat și ce e intarziat
✅ Istoric complet + responsabilitate clară
✅ Rapoarte - o multitudine, configurabile
✅ Pt management: control, claritate, vizibilitate, decizii informate

Obiectivul care contează in 2026 in IMM-uri 👊 ...


E sa ai mai puține pierderi in firma. Și de aceea ai nevoie de automatizǎri.

Dacă ești fondator, director sau manager, un obiectiv bun, care sa justifice entuziasmul “Hai sǎ implementăm AI cat de repede!” e acesta:

👉 Reducem timpul pierdut cu 10% în Ianuarie.
 Atât. Simplu. Măsurabil. Realist.

Iatǎ 3 pasi simpli sa il pui pe hârtie:

1. Scrie 3 procese care “mănâncă” timp săptămânal 
(ex: lead-uri, facturi, programări, ofertare, suport).

2. Alege un singur proces unde se plâng oamenii cel mai des.
Notează: “Câte ore/săptămână pierdem aici?” (estimare e ok).

3. Dacă nu poți estima orele, înseamnă că acolo e haosul. 
Și fix acolo se pierde profitul 🤑 

Dacă vrei, scrie “10%” în comentarii și îți trimit un calculator simplu,
sǎ masori timpul si banii pierduți, si cat poți câstiga prin automatizare 👇

2026 o să fie anul în care o să „scriem” vorbind. Cu ajutorul AI-ului.
O aplicație de care veți auzi tot mai mult anul acesta.

Crește viteza de interacțiune cu laptopul, imens!

Cum ne ajuta:

1. Vorbești normal. El scrie direct unde ești (nu într-o aplicație separată).
2. Scrii mult mai repede. Tastezi mult mai puțin.
3. Curăță “ăă”, repetări și greșeli. Textul e gata de trimis.
4. Pune automat punctuație,  majuscule, formatare (liste, fraze clare).
5. Merge în multe aplicații: Slack, Email, WhatsApp, Docs, ChatGPT, Notion.
6. Se adaptează la context: email mai formal, mesaj mai scurt/lejer.
7. Învață termeni, acronime și nume, ca să le scrie corect mereu.
8. Poți dicta discret (în birou / pe hol), fără să deranjezi.
9. Bun pentru: follow-up după call, răspunsuri la clienți/tichete, note din mers, idei de postări, prompturi AI.
10. Cross-device: Mac + Windows + iPhone (Android în curând).
11. Are și plan gratuit, bun pentru test.

Și uite așa… am trecut de la scris pe hârtie, la scris digital, la vorbit digital.

Cum facem automatizarile ... pe intelesul tuturor...

În imagine vezi o arhitectură MCP.

Pe românește, e ca un adaptor HUB USB pentru AI:
- AI-ul (Claude/ChatGPT) = “creierul”
- Clientul (n8n / aplicația) = “mâna” care execută 
- MCP servers = “cablurile” către tool-urile tale: 
Gmail / Calendar / CRM (servicii remote)
Fișiere / foldere / baze de date / ERP (surse locale)

✅ De ce contează pentru tine ca firmă?

Pentru că, în loc să faci “încă un soft”, 
legi AI-ul la sistemele pe care deja le folosești și automatizezi cap-coadă:
- cerere pe WhatsApp → ticket → responsabil → termen → follow-up
- email-uri care intarzie → sumar + sugestie raspuns + reminder în Calendar
- ofertare greoaie → răspuns rapid pe baza datelor tale (fișiere/ERP/Excel)

Beneficii ce vei obtine!
- răspunsuri mai rapide = mai multe vânzări
- mai puține erori = mai puține costuri
- mai puțin ping-pong intern = echipă mai eficientă
- “nu se mai uită” follow-up-ul

Cum facem noi automatizările (simplu):
- alegem 1 proces cu impact mare (de obicei sales / operațional / suport)
- conectăm 2–4 “cabluri” (exact ca în poză)
- livrăm prima automatizare în 1–2 săptămâni, apoi scalăm

Nu plătești pentru ani de dezvoltare. 
Plătești pentru rezultate rapide.

Dacă vrei, îți spun ce “cabluri” merită puse primele în firma ta (impact mare, efort mic).

Cum poate sa arate "Prima Automatizare cu AI" in firma ta? 
👉 Un proces este un candidat bun pentru automatizare dacă bifează cel puțin 2 dintre criteriile acestea:

1. Repetitiv. Se face des și aproape identic de fiecare dată.
2. Consumator de timp. Ia multe ore de muncă umană.
3. Predispus la erori. Execuția duce frecvent la greșeli.
4. Scalabil. Automatizarea permite creșterea volumului fără angajări noi

Pe lângă criteriile acestea, mai contează și următoarele:

5. Rezolvă o durere reală, nu un „nice to have”.
6. E aproape de bani: lead-uri, programări, vânzări
7. E suficient de usor de rezolvat, dar produce un impact mare în business.

Exemplu (generic, dar super des întâlnit):

Cerere oferta → mesaj instant + creare & trimitere oferta + follow-upuri.
KPI: “%  contracte incheiate / luna”.

Scrie-mi de vrei sa descoperim ce merita automatizat in afacerea ta!

In 2026 poti sa incepi sa nu mai plătesti doar pentru cod.
Plătești pentru rezultate!
Dacă bagi 30.000 euro într-un proiect IT și nu vezi bani înapoi,

Nu e investiție. 
E hobby, in cel mai bun caz :)

Cu automatizări AI bune:
 – reduci costuri
 – câștigi timp
 – crești vânzări

În săptămâni. Nu în ani.

Întrebare simplă:
 În firma ta, tehnologia produce bani sau doar „există”? 👇

🛑 Stop pierderii de timp (și banilor) cu confirmările manuale.

E 2026. Dacă echipa ta încă stă pe telefon cu orele să verifice cine vine la programare, pierzi resurse prețioase.

Am trecut la un flow multichannel automatizat care nu lasă nicio rezervare să "scape":

1. Primul apel: Sistemul sună automat. Simplu și rapid. 
2. Planul B: Nu răspunde? Se trimite instant un mesaj (SMS/WhatsApp) cu detaliile.
3. Insistență smart: Dacă nu avem feedback nici la mesaj, sistemul revine cu un al doilea apel după un interval setat.

Partea cea mai bună? Totul e conectat direct cu sistemul intern de rezervări. 🔄

Calendarul se actualizează singur în timp real. 
Fără eroare umană.
Fără "am uitat să notez".
Fără locuri goale în agendă.
Farǎ bani perduți!

Tu cât timp pierzi zilnic cu telefoanele de confirmare? 👇

✨ Trimite asta oricărui angajat, nu programator, pe care îl cunoști! îl va face de 10x mai puternic și mai productiv în orice face.

Desi "Claude Code" e tot mai folosit pentru organizare si optimizare munca si procese.

Sună destul de tehnic, iar să lucrezi în linia de comandă e intimidant.

Nu mai e cazul ca aceasta noua lansare, Cowork de la Antrophic 👇 

Cowork e practic „Claude ca un coleg” care poate lucra direct cu fișierele tale dintr-un folder ales de tine, pe laptopul tau: citește, editează și creează documente acolo. 

- reorganizează Downloads (sortează, redenumește) 
- face un spreadsheet de cheltuieli dintr-un teanc de screenshot-uri 
- îți scrie un prim draft de raport din notițe împrăștiate 
- sumarizează discuțiile de saptamana asta, deciziile și îți dă 3 priorități + pași urmatori
- scrie emailuri/mesaje după meeting (recap, pași următori, cine face ce).
- face documente din template-uri: ofertă, SOW, completează automat din notițe și fișiere.
- extrage date în Excel: din facturi/contracte/screenshot-uri
- organizare fișiere “în sfarșit!”: sortează, redenumește, mută în foldere corecte și elimină duplicate

Devine și mai puternic cu conectori și skills pentru documente / prezentări / fișiere, cu Claude în Chrome, ca să poată face taskuri care cer browser.

Poți pune taskuri în coadă și el le lucrează „în paralel” (gen: „fă asta, apoi asta, apoi asta”). 

Pe partea de control si risc, tu alegi ce foldere vede; nu are acces fără permisiune;

Cere confirmare înainte de acțiuni semnificative, dar tot poate face lucruri „distructive” (ex: șters fișiere) dacă e instruit prost
