• Liaised with a cross-functional and international team of ~10 coworkers to modify and standardize internal processes to make these customer-oriented by identifying main friction points with clients.
• Managed a team of ~5 coworkers to implement a standardized procedure, for creating new clients across multiple departments, by using the Lean Thinking Methodology, subsequently decreasing time spent by ~20%.
