- Worked as a Theatre Facilitator in several schools across TamilNadu to teach Theatre as a part of the currciulum from grade 5-12.

- Invited to provide theatre summer camps for kids in various States in India during the annual Hindu Summer camp (two editions)

- Have trained people of ages 15-45 to groom them to be stage ready and have written and directed several short plays for productions.

- Directed two full-length productions. One original - Prime Cut, a play addressing a facet of the mental health of sex workers.

Entrepreneurs of Madras - a premium club for growth stage product founders takes this vision a step further, creating an ecosystem for startups and businesses in South.

Fast forward, after 2 years, today, these communities have:

- 1000+ passionate members
- Hosted 20+ macro events & private dinner meetups
- Connected countless founders, professionals, and students with opportunities that transformed their careers


But our vision doesn’t stop there. We dream of fast tracking the growth of global brands from south, where every startup has access to the right talent, and every passionate individual finds a way to shine. 

Whether it’s through networking events, career opportunities, or simply knowing someone has your back, we’re here to build that ecosystem.

On a personal note, I’ve learned so much from this journey. From collaborating with over 100 entrepreneurs to hosting exclusive invite-only events with industry leaders, it’s been nothing short of an adventure. 

Sure, there were challenges—like running my first business and learning tough lessons—but every step taught me resilience and the power of community.

Some tough lessons. Some quiet wins.

But this moment means a lot.

Ending 2025 on a positive note, and stepping into 2026 with bigger goals, clearer vision, and a lot of hunger 🙌

I’ll be honest.

Lately, my LinkedIn feed has been filled with fundraising announcements.

Big rounds. Big headlines. Mostly from consumer brands up North.

Nothing wrong with that. It’s great to see Indian brands raise capital and scale.

But here’s the thing that kept bothering me.

What’s happening in Tamil Nadu?

Are we not building? Are there no serious consumer brands here? Are founders not ambitious enough?

The answer is simple

 we are building, but Quietly.

In December, we hosted a Private meetup for consumer brands in Coimbatore.

25 D2C founders. One room. No stage. No hype.

What happened inside that room was far more interesting than any fundraising headline.

Founders spoke about:

- Fixing unit economics before scaling

- Distribution struggles beyond marketplaces

- Building repeat customers without burning cash

- Growing steadily, not recklessly


No pitch decks. No vanity metrics. Just real conversations.

Tamil Nadu has always been like this.

We build first. We validate deeply. We don’t shout too early.

Culturally, we were never taught to boast.
We were taught to keep our head down and let the work speak.

That works well operationally.
But it hurts when it comes to visibility.

Because of that, many incredible consumer brands from Tamil Nadu don’t make enough noise in national or global conversations. 

Not because they lack quality, but because they don’t market themselves loudly enough.

And that’s changing.

Slowly, but surely.

I strongly believe that over the next few years, Tamil Nadu will emerge as a serious hub for consumer brands. 

Brands that are profitable, grounded, and built to last. 

Brands that scale nationally and globally without losing their soul.

The Coimbatore meetup was a small reminder of that future.

It’s already happening.
Just not screaming for attention yet.

And maybe that’s okay. For now.

Last week, we were part of the launch of Neubuds — India’s first customised earpods.

 And honestly, it blew my mind.

The product design, the quality &the packaging

Everything stood out. Thoughtful. Bold. Well executed.

But what really stayed with me was this —
The room.

Founders, well-wishers, operators, and familiar faces from across the Tamil Nadu startup ecosystem all showed up.

It didn’t feel like a typical product launch. It felt like a family function.

That’s when it hit me.

This is how our ecosystem is shaping up.

Founders backing founders.

Quiet confidence. Real support.
