What if India builds its own Raspberry Pi competitor?

Day before yesterday, inside the AIC - Anna Incubator at Anna University, I saw something bold.

AtumX.

And their product Super board. Super board isn’t just another dev board.

It’s challenging players like Raspberry Pi, but with a sharper focus on DeepTech + Robotics + EdTech built for Indian classrooms and innovators.

But internally?
They call it Subo.

And that’s when I knew, this wasn’t just a product. It was personal.

Most boards are tools. Super board feels like a movement in the making.

The labs inside the Anna Incubator were buzzing.

People experimenting.
Hardware being tested.
Ideas actually getting soldered into reality.

Most people are building content.Some are building software.
Very few are building infrastructure for learning.

And that’s where the real leverage is.

If robotics enters education properly, we won’t just create coders.
We’ll create problem solvers.

Akash J who’s also a friend and a fellow member of DNA Community, walked me through the vision of AtumX

The team was so full of energy and it was great knowing them.

And here’s what hit me:
We keep talking about EdTech like it’s content and courses.

But what if the real revolution is hardware?
What if robotics becomes as normal in schools as notebooks?

Most people are building apps.
Some are building AI wrappers.
Very few are building the foundation layer.

AtumX (Super board)  is trying to be that layer.
And honestly, that excites me.

Soon, we’re bringing Akash J and team onto the Sculptors Podcast to go deeper into this journey, because DeepTech stories deserve long-form conversations.

Attention is rented. Positioning is owned.

Love seeing builders ship.

Yesterday was special.

Got my signed copy on “Only Choice” by Agnel John from him, it’s a practical playbook for course creators.

What I respect the most?
He didn’t just build a brand like Lecture Head.
He documented the thinking behind it.

In a world where everyone is creating courses…
Very few are positioning them.

The subtitle hit me hard:
“How to position your course as the only option students see by closing 5 critical gaps.”

That’s the game.

Not more content.
Not more ads.
Not more noise.

But clarity.
Positioning.
Perception.

As someone building in personal branding and education, this resonates deeply. Because at the end of the day:

-If you are one of many, you compete on price.
-If you are the only choice, you compete on value.

More creators need to think like category leaders, not content uploaders.

One room. Eight lessons. Zero gatekeeping.

Yesterday at DNA Build 2026, we had Arun Prakash M , Founder & CEO of HCL GUVI, in the room with us.

And some of the things he said?
Shifted perspective.

I’m not gatekeeping any of it.
Take it. Implement it. Come back and thank me later.

Here’s what hit hard,
-Satisfy the system first.
Then invite the right people into the system to make it better.
Chaos doesn’t scale. Structure does.

-Vision is not a founder-only file.
If your 50th employee can’t articulate it clearly, you don’t have alignment.

-Big vision demands big risk.
And yes better rewards come with it.

-Name what you are trying to change.
When you define the shift clearly and time your PR + branding right, momentum becomes unfair.

-Hire competitive talent.
If cash is tight, use advisory equity.
But don’t dilute standards.

-Bring in rainmakers.
People who move revenue. Not just maintain operations.

-Don’t talk. Show evidence.
Your work should be louder than your announcements.

-Take senior advice with a pinch of salt especially in customer acquisition.
Markets evolve. Channels change. Context matters.

Overall?
Deep brainstorming.
Sharp ideation.
And late-night jamming with builders who are obsessed with impact.

Rooms like this remind me why tribe > solo hustle.

We’re building empires… but dying before we live them.

Two days ago, I walked into a closed-door watch party hosted by @AIWO Founders Circle, invited by Aakash J bro and Premananth S (fundraising expert) brother and left with a perspective shift.

We watched the documentary Don’t Die — A Man Who Wants to Live about Bryan Johnson and his relentless pursuit of health optimization. What struck me most wasn’t the science or the tech… it was the why, why health is the foundation for living the life we actually want with the wealth we build.

After the screening, a small but powerful discussion unfolded around health, longevity, and purpose. We talked about how AIWO is approaching longevity, blending innovation with real human impact.

Even better? I bumped into a few folks from DNA Community and honestly, it felt like family. Good conversations, genuine laughs, shared curiosity moments that are rare in everyday hustle.

But the hardest-hitting insight of the evening came from Dilip Kumar, VC at Rainmatter by Zerodha, who’s quote was shown in screen, something simple yet profound. That lines in screen hit differently.

Because no matter how aggressive the hustle…
No matter how bold the vision…
No matter how big the ambition…
If we don’t take care of our health, the very vessel carrying our dreams, we risk losing everything we’re building.

This wasn’t just a watch party. It was a wake-up call.

Build big. But live long enough to enjoy it.

Yesterday was a wrap of DNA Build 2026.

And honestly?
It didn’t feel like an event.

No spectators.
Only contributors.

What made it powerful wasn’t just the sessions.

We role-played each other’s 2026 goals yesterday.

At DNA Build 2026 Day 3, we did something powerful.

You didn’t speak about your own vision.
Someone else did as you.

They volunteered to become you.
To think like you.
To articulate your 2026 goals as if it was theirs.

And something shifted.

When you hear your vision through someone else’s lens,
you notice the gaps.
You feel the conviction.
You see the blind spots.

Entrepreneurs live too much inside their own heads.

But growth happens when:
-Someone mirrors your ambition
-Someone questions your clarity
-Someone strengthens your belief

That’s the power of tribe.

Your vision becomes sharper
when it’s spoken by someone who chooses to carry it.

Build rooms where people don’t just listen to your goals they step into them.

Yesterday at DNA Build 2026, I was reminded of one powerful truth:

The tribe you choose decides the height you reach.

DNA Community  Build isn’t just another meetup.

It’s a closed-door room filled with creators, builders, and entrepreneurs who genuinely care about building impact not just income.

When you’re surrounded by people:
-who think long-term
-who challenge your excuses
-who celebrate your wins
-who call out your blind spots
-who build silently but execute loudly

Your goals stop feeling heavy.
They start feeling inevitable.

Being part of the DNA community has shown me something deeply personal:

Ambition grows in proximity.

You can have clarity.
You can have skill.
You can even have resources.

But without the right tribe your growth will always feel slower than it should.

DNA Build 2026 is just the beginning.
The energy in that room yesterday? Different.

We’re not just building businesses.
We’re building people who build businesses.

And this is only Day 01.

Day 02, I’m coming in sharper, clearer, and more intentional.

AI may automate skills. But can it build tribes?

Day before yesterday, I sat down with Deepak Kumar for a conversation in Sculptors Podcast for Episode 7 that kept stretching my thinking.

We explored something bigger than AI tools, startups, or content.
We spoke about humans.

In a world where AI can generate:
-content
-code
-design
-even strategy

What becomes the real human advantage?

This conversation went deep into questions most founders are quietly thinking about:
→ If AI makes execution cheap, is taste the real moat now?

She paused her career. But never paused learning.

Yesterday I met Ramya Krishnaraj from the HR space.
What started as a casual conversation turned into a very insightful one.

She spoke about something many people don’t openly talk about career breaks.
At one point she had to step away from work.

But what stood out was this:
She never stepped away from learning.

And that’s where the conversation got deeper.

We spoke about the invisible challenges many women face at work:
-Career pauses
-Bias in hiring after a break
-The pressure to constantly prove themselves again
-Balancing growth with personal responsibilities

In the AI era, skills are compounding faster than ever.
The real advantage isn’t continuous employment.
It’s continuous curiosity.

Meeting people like this reminds me why conversations matter.
Because perspectives expand only when worlds collide.

Sometimes all it takes is one conversation to see
the other side of the story.

And honestly, we need more of those.

The best networking happens when you stop "networking.

Yesterday was a masterclass in why spontaneity beats a calendar invite every single time.

What started as a quiet evening turned into a private screening of Karwaan with 10 of my DNA Community  friends. 

Why this "sudden" plan was so effective:

When you strip away the formal agenda, you actually get to know the people behind the titles.

In a world of "let me get back to you," being part of a circle that jumps at opportunities is a competitive advantage.

Karwaan is all about the beauty of the journey. Watching it with a community that supports your personal journey made the message hit 10x harder.

Don’t wait for the "perfect" time to connect with your tribe. Sometimes the most beautiful moments (and the best ideas) happen when you go off-script.

Too many people are busy proving, not improving.

We chase validation.
We want to show the world we’re right, smart, capable, or successful.
But here’s the problem,.

Proving is temporary. Improving is permanent.

-Proving keeps you in competition with others.
-Improving puts you in competition with yourself.

In personal branding, the best strategy isn’t to constantly prove you’re the best.

It’s to keep improving until your work speaks so loudly that proving becomes unnecessary.

When you focus on improving, your brand becomes the proof.

Most service agency founders think:
“If my work is good, clients will come.”

That worked in 2012.
Not in 2026.

Today, people don’t just buy services.
They buy certainty.
And certainty comes from you.

Because let’s be honest:
There are 1000 agencies that can run ads.
1000 agencies that can design.
1000 agencies that can do SEO.
1000 agencies that can “scale your brand.”

But there is only one founder who:
-thinks the way you think
-solves problems the way you solve
-communicates the way you communicate
-shows up with your conviction
That’s what personal branding does.

It reduces:
- trust-building time
- sales cycles
- price negotiations

And increases:
- inbound leads
- perceived authority
- deal size

If you need applause to lead, you’re not ready to lead.

“A man who wants to lead the orchestra must turn his back on the crowd.”

Read that again. 

If you want applause, you face the audience.
If you want impact, you face the work.

Most people say they want to build something big.

But they keep checking:
– Who liked it?
– Who commented?
– Who noticed?

And slowly… the crowd starts directing the orchestra.

Here’s what we don’t talk about:
Leadership looks disrespectful from the outside.

You’re not looking at the audience.
You’re not reacting to noise.
You’re not chasing validation.

You’re focused on alignment.
On rhythm.
On long-term harmony.

A conductor doesn’t turn his back because he ignores the crowd.

He turns his back because the music matters more than the applause.

If you’re building a startup, a personal brand, or a vision , There will be moments where you must choose:
Validation or Vision.

Most choose validation.
Few choose vision.

That’s why few lead.

Be honest are you conducting the orchestra or performing for the crowd?

An 11th standard dropout building for global enterprises.

Yesterday we recorded a powerful episode for the Sculptors Podcast with Sriram Sankar Aka Injaar.

His journey is something that breaks the typical playbook.
-11th standard dropout and completed it later.
-Went through 2 years of confusion and depression
-Scored 91 percentile in CAT but rejected the B Schols

We’ve lived through one.
We’re living with another.

M.G.R didn’t just win elections.
He redefined what leadership meant for the common man.

Cinema → Politics
Star → Statesman
Influence → Impact

He didn’t follow the system.
He became the system people trusted.
He set rules that outlived his lifetime.

Rajinikanth doesn’t need a position to lead.

Generations listen when he speaks.

That’s not power given by a role.
That’s legacy earned through consistency.

He doesn’t chase relevance or stardom. 
Relevance chases him for his style and charisma.

Legacy isn’t about how long you live.
It’s about how long your impact lives after you.

Money can make you known.
Success can make you respected.
But only impact can make you remembered.

So the real question is:

Are you building a career…
or creating a legacy?
