As one of two primary care-givers for a smart young mini-adult and a young apprentice, I and my business partner have worked tirelessly and relentlessly to ensure success for them both in every possible way.

From sleepless nights to mopping up vomit, we have sacrificed all levels of dignity and sanity to ensure their success and survival.

The project has been a runaway success, resulting in a very articulate, smart and funny little boy who is now 6, and more recently, a foundling who shows great potential in using the force.  The project has delivered an ROI for ourselves of 10X happiness, even though it's been quite an expensive PoC.

We completed phase 2 of the project, becoming Co Founders together in July 2022... And are now in phase 3 after our most recent team member was onboarded in a less than expected fashion in mid-August 2023.

During this time, we have learned many new skills and gained life qualifications in negotiation, persuasion, setting targets and deadlines and stakeholder management.

I defy anyone to prove they have been more successful at any role worth their time.

At Lidl I was responsible for everything from Store Leadership, to Loss Prevention; You know... shoplifting, damaged goods that sort of thing.

When you’re dealing with petty theft you get really good at reading people, and combing over data looking for trends.

Eventually you can sort of predict when things will start going missing, and build a profile of whose most likely to be the culprit.

I got so good at this predictive thinking that I was one of the top performers in the company, and was even asked to help with the national training schemes.
