As the lead designer and Private Jewellery Concierge at Black Label Jewellers, I work directly with clients to bring their unique visions to life. My role involves managing the entire design and fulfillment process—from initial consultation to final delivery—ensuring that every piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and elegance. Leveraging a global network of suppliers from Israel, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Columbia, and Hong Kong, I provide clients with access to exclusive materials and custom creations that can’t be found elsewhere. Additionally, I oversee all aspects of custom fulfillment and wholesale operations, catering to both individual clients and businesses seeking exceptional jewelry solutions.

In addition to this, I provide mentorship and coaching to the Furlough community, supporting both aspiring entrepreneurs and established brands in navigating challenges and achieving their business goals. Being tasked with all migration server projects due to prior System Administrator roles in past jobs along with network troubleshooting expertise for both US and UK. DC migrations across multiple regions. Work with various operational teams, assisting in the planning and execution of milestones ensuring commitment dates are met.  Ensure projects relating to regulatory compliance or risk are appropriately prioritized and performed as needed.  Provide regular status updates to the business and management as well as maintain tracker tool for ad-hoc reporting and inquiries.  Troubleshoot issues with delivery or configuration and perform quality checks including ensuring accurate updates of the configuration management database.  Running point on all VOIP black box upgrades for all US region including all trouble shooting calls for migration issues that arose during installs. Managed resources and budgeting for the black box upgrades for remote office sites along with vendor management for all phases. PM for post upgrade issues coming from AVAYA upgrades from VOIP rolls after migrations from black box server projects for phase II. Run point on network setups (switches/routers/patches/resourcing/configuring/racking). Submit and update requests using a variety of tools including Service Now, Incident and Change Management as well as custom delivery systems.  Create and maintain key operating procedures and policies globally.  Responsible for running heat map reports from SAP – Business objects database systems and creating monthly reporting to business lines utilizing word and PowerPoint. Communicating all open Risks between the business and technology on a daily/weekly basis with solutions to regain timelines committed to early in project infant stages.

Operated as technical lead for compliance including assembly of terror watch lists and implementing and testing changes to the business system resulting in a decrease in false alerts.  Managed the development of standards around data quality for all compliance touch points globally.  Assisted in the rollout of two new Sanction applications and created and produced monthly metrics for senior management.  Developed new standards for onboarding overseas Barclays Group users as part of an Investment Banking consolidation project.  Primary point of contact for all queries relating to terrorist list entries produced from OFAC, EU, UN and UKHMT government lists. 
Notable Projects:
Migration of Barclays Group users into Investment Banking domain – Lead Project Manager
Organized and managed process to onboard Barclays Group users onto multiple domains enabling access to all Sanction/AML applications.  Collaborated with various IT support teams in order to complete a 100+ user onboarding project. Co-managed the lifecycle of user migration from beginning until end of full scope of work. 
Vrisk & OEDQ (Financial Crimes Sanction applications)
Assisted in the implementation of a global solution, consolidating multiple applications into one for the full lifecycle of the application.  Led technical support for applications.  Produced reporting and metrics to measure rollout successes and highlight areas of improvement. 
Office 2007 Deployment –Project Manager
Successfully deployed Office 2007 across entire Compliance Financial Crime organization globally.  Created deployment plan, performed hardware analysis and system upgrades, developed UAT plan and executed testing, and worked with various operational IT teams to ensure successful rollout.   
Data Quality Control standards
Defined standards including Service Level Agreements (SLA), New Product Services (NPS) and Gap Tracking processes. Assisted in the definition of standards for all Compliance IT groups for threshold reporting.

Oversaw break-fix and provisioning teams comprised of new joiners, loaner laptops, blackberry deployment, workstation repairs, visitor desktop setups and all repairs to Data Center equipment and upgrades. Responsible for the successful completion of server repairs within SLA and upheld critical time schedule for outages within any Data Center.  Produced monthly metrics on both desktop and server break-fix related issues to drive down reoccurring issues and highlighted upkeep of key server platforms.  Produced governance and control policies for hours of operations and escalation procedures of all server break-fix tasks.

Datacenter Migrations – Project Manager
Spearheaded effort to migrate two disaster recovery sites for Barclays’ to become an active - active datacenter model. Overseeing HP chasses and blades to replace old out of date hardware. Heat map planning sessions to reduce carbon footprint within datacenters. Planning, reporting and assuring project deliverables were met and all Risks recorded and communicated to the business with new timelines. 
Windows XP Desktop Integration – Project Manager
Spearheaded effort to migrate two disaster recovery sites to Barclays’ Windows XP platform, coordinated all business testing, application issues due to migration with the business user community and utilized all areas of IT support for major outstanding integration issues identified by the business during testing.

Key US lead for desktops on the New Joiner/Leaver process in the GULF project.  Trained all US staff on newly adapted tracking program for all laptops provided within the US region.
