My first real job!

I don't know how and why but I managed to be the right hand of the HR Director while in my sophomore year in college. 

My 3 months were spent putting together an internship program and talent acquisition, identifying top interns, and recruiting them to join Monument Hotel 5G*.

I learned how to hire, fire and manage talent accordingly.

After 3 months of continous training I decided to take the leap and start my own company.
