I’ve had my spoonful of traditional growth and marketing techniques.

The only thing they’ve given me are content calendars that felt like homework, cute campaigns that no one remembered and lots of ideas about how not to promote big, bold ideas.

Don’t get me wrong - I absolutely love traditions. I have the same meal for Christmas every year, wear the same outfit every 17th May to celebrate “Norway Day”… and I love it!

→ Because it’s the safe path.
→ It’s the path they can easily see without burning too many brain calories.
→ They believe that if they just stick with it for the long run, it will pay off in the end.
→ And it’s simply just easy to keep doing what everyone else does. Humans are kind of weird that way.
