Oh so many teams had shallow AI applications.
And leaned in hard for the branding and buzz words.

4. Enhancement beats replacement
The strongest founders weren’t chasing “AI replaces X.”

 • standardized definitions across teams
 • clear ownership of information

why it matters:

 • AI trained on messy or duplicated data produces unreliable answers
 • teams spend more time cleaning output than using it
 • decisions made from inconsistent data hurt credibility and speed

think of it as the less exciting, but critical, bottleneck to plan for.
(before you start automating or scaling with AI)

the companies who do this first, build reliable workflows and get lasting leverage from AI.

why “AI will replace jobs” is the wrong frame

(+ the reframe that will completely transform your workflows)

everyone keeps asking which jobs AI will replace.
but that’s the wrong question.
AI doesn’t replace 𝘫𝘰𝘣𝘴, it replaces 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘴.

every role is a bundle of tasks.
(some routine, some creative, some relational) and AI picks off the routine ones first.

example:
a marketer might spend time writing briefs, analyzing campaigns, pitching ideas.
AI can handle the briefs and analysis.
but the pitching? still so human!!

the better question is:
which tasks in my job are predictable enough for AI to do consistently well?
because that’s where the shift starts.

the future isn’t “AI vs humans”
it’s “humans who redesign their job around AI” vs those who don’t.

I'd build a system.

This cheat sheet is exactly that:

- Zone of genius: the overlap of what you enjoy, what you're good at, and what the world needs. Most creators skip this. It's why they burn out.

- Profile that converts: photo, banner, headline, about. Your profile works 24/7. Make it sell.

- Headline formula: [action verb] + [ideal customer] + [what your customer wants] + [how you help] Remember, your headline is visible in the feed and comments

- Daily habits: comment, post, reply, create. Simple. Not easy.

- Content calendar: plan 2 weeks ahead in Notion. Stop winging it.

- Find your tribe: find creators in your niche. Support them daily with comments. It comes back fast.

- Funnel that works: 70% top of funnel, 20% middle, 10% bottom. Most creators invert this and wonder why nothing converts.

- AI content creation: Canva, ChatGPT, Stanley, Notion. Work smarter, not harder.

No hacks.
No noise.
Just growth through connection.

- Questions boost comments 20-40%
- Be specific, not generic

LinkedIn changed.

Most LinkedIn creators haven't.

I've had to adapt to every algorithm shift.
This one's the biggest.

LinkedIn recently dropped 360Brew (their new algorithm update).

Here's what's different (2025 → 2026):

❌ Old LinkedIn:
• Follower count = reach
• First hour = make or break
• Video = easy reach hack
• Comment volume wins
• One format (carousels) dominated
• Likes = success

✅ New LinkedIn:
• Content depth = reach
• Posts resurface for weeks
• Video builds trust (not reach)
• Comment quality wins (aim for 20-30/day)
• Content variety rewarded
• Saves = success

The common thread?

Quality wins. Everywhere.

Quality content. Quality comments. Quality engagement.

LinkedIn stopped rewarding breadth.
And started rewarding depth.

Adapt or get left behind.

I was doing the same thing.

Here's my system to comment for growth:

Comments On Your Posts
• Reply to all in the 1st hour (boosts reach)
• Use "pinned comments (don't pin right away)
• Don't drop links, they can kill your reach
• Great spot for "Follow" or "Repost" CTAs
• Add a personal touch to your post


Comment On Others' Posts
• Target creators with large audiences
• Drop 5-20 thoughtful comments per day
• 1-3 sentences work best
• Positive comments only
• Add your personal experience

The math is simple:
↳ Good comments = More visibility
↳ More visibility = More followers
↳ More followers = More opportunities

But most people still treat comments like an afterthought.

Your comments ARE content.
Every reply builds your brand.
Every interaction compounds.

Stop posting and disappearing.
Start building real connections.

The algorithm rewards conversation.
So give it what it wants.
