- Hired, coached and trained senior managers, AEs, AMs across the North American region at Twitter including in NYC, SF, Chicago, Dallas and LA.
- Sat on cross-functional product, engineering and sales teams to help integrate the TapCommerce product into Twitter and develop Twitter's performance marketing product suite and go-to-market strategy.

- Built a global sales team from 0 to 15 sellers across the US, EMEA and APAC. Hired and trained senior AEs and an inside sales team that consistently exceeded quota.
- Developed compensation plans, training programs, sales collateral and worked with the founders and executive team to develop a winning go-to-market strategy.
- Provided executive leadership in board meetings with investors including Bain Capital, RRE and Nielsen. Assisted with Series Seed and Series A fundraising totaling $11 million. 
- Deal team participant in M&A transaction of TapCommerce by Twitter for over $100 million. Assisted with due diligence and presentation to 20-person deal team at Twitter.

- Helped build a cross-functional team of 6 that included BDRs and project managers.

- Helped to onboard 3,000 mobile app developers to use Crossboard Mobile's SDK to monetize their app generating $10,000,000+ in revenue for these publishers.

Most recently I founded Correlated, a company that enables sellers to use signals to identify their highest potential accounts. We raised >$8m from institutional investors including NextView Ventures and Harrison Metal.

Lots of fun updates this week from Hatch! One I'm very excited about is Rich Jordan and Strongpoint Services's decision to consolidate their AI customer communications, including leveraging our Voice AI product for all incoming customer calls.

As Rich will attest: they care deeply about the customer experience and they have been an incredible partner for us to help make our product better and to ensure that they are giving every customer that calls a top notch experience.

We'll be sharing more details about Rich's decision to consolidate on Hatch in the coming weeks, but for now I wanted to say thank you to Rich and his team for pushing us to be better every day!
