I was talking to a developer friend last week and he said something that messed with my head:

“The future isn’t agent-to-human. It’s agent-to-agent.”

And immediately I thought about GTM.

Because the biggest friction in outbound isn’t sending. It’s interpretation. Humans get annoyed by awkward phrasing. Humans punish tone mistakes.

Agents don’t.

They translate intent. They clarify. They’re forgiving. They are the perfect assistant.

So the first real productivity wave won’t be “AI replaces reps.”

It’ll be:
Your agent qualifying, summarizing, and booking with someone else’s agent.
Then the humans show up for the real conversation.

Same reps.

We’re not heading into a world with fewer salespeople.
