Ever since industrialization we have associated productivity with profit. With the current capabilities of AI and the future iterations we will see massive number of workers displaced, to the point where productivity alone is not going to generate profit for businesses.

If every business is equally productive due to AI then how do you differentiate between each other? Through being human, leading and connecting with empathy. Productivity will be a given, but respect, trust and relationships still need to be built by humans. Join me on this journey.
