My proudest achievement was highlighted to me during an account review with a Cambs based multi-£bn CRO, placing 15 HR practitioners within their large matrix organisation. Our relationship was working on a contingency basis in competition with other HR recruiters, and as a US owned business metrics were important across all facets of operation.
