It’s about aligning expectations, understanding the business, and making sure HubSpot drives real results from day one.

We focus on three main pillars:

Before touching HubSpot, we define three main client goals based on #SPICED.

These goals guide every decision in the onboarding process, ensuring each action directly supports measurable business outcomes.

2. Clear Roadmap
A structured plan keeps everyone aligned and ensures smooth execution:
- Kickoff Call – to align goals and expectations
- Mapping Call – to understand real processes
