I’m a senior HR leader with 20+ years of experience partnering with CEOs and leadership teams across UAE/GCC, India, and Africa, supporting organizations in regulated, multi‑country environments across Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, Energy, EPC, and Healthcare.

A core strength I bring is HR transformation enabled by sustainable systems and data—using HRMS, digital talent platforms, and workforce analytics to move HR from transactional support to decision‑ready, execution‑driven leadership enablement.

I focus on how work actually flows, how decisions are made, and how managers are enabled to execute—rather than adding layers of HR process that look good on paper but don’t move outcomes.

Over the years, one belief has only strengthened for me:

HR value add is not a side agenda, It’s a continuous work.

The world currently feels heavy. In the backdrop of regional uncertainty, it’s easy to focus only on the noise. Yet, here in Dubai and in the wider UAE there is a different kind of sound: the quiet, steady hum of resilience.

Most of us arrived here with a single suitcase and a job offer. We came for the 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, but we stayed for the 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. In times of uncertainty, you see the true fabric of a city. You see it in the way 200 nationalities continue to work, build, and support one another without friction.

Resilience isn't just a business term; it’s a human one. While the headlines are often loud, the reality on the ground is one of shared purpose:

We talk a lot about "Self-Made" success. But in reality, no one reaches the summit alone.

As I reflected on International Women’s Day last week amidst the recent tension around our region, my mind drifted away from the professional accolades and toward something much more foundational.

Living and leading in the Middle East during these trying times, the world often feels heavy. Geopolitical uncertainty and the "𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀" 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 can easily pull us off course. In these moments, I’ve realized that 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 isn’t a solo sport. It is a shared responsibility.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿
I owe a great deal to my husband Swarnaadip. For the last 20 years, he has been the 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. We have approached life not as two people pursuing separate paths, but as a shared journey. In a society that once insisted on rigid roles—the "Queen of the House" vs. the "Breadwinner"—we chose a 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁: 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.

He is the person who 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 me to 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 when I doubted my own readiness. He is the 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿 that stayed steady when the world outside felt turbulent.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀
As we prepare our daughter, Swarnangi, for her own journey into the world, I realize that our greatest gift to her isn't just an education; it’s the 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. We are raising a generation to understand that 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, and "𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲" 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 is where true strength lies.

Dubai is a city of 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 dreams, but its real heartbeat is found in the 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀. Whether we are navigating a global crisis or a general challenge , 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 "𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀"—𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀—𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘂𝘀 𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.

Lately I’ve noticed many organizations say they’re “doing AI” because they’ve rolled out a few tools.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The real gap I keep seeing is #𝗔𝗜𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 — not technical expertise, just knowing and practicing when to trust it, when to question it, and where it actually adds value on a short term and medium term horizon.

Because in a complex business scenario
🎯Different roles need different 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵,
🎯Leaders to choose the 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 problems,
🎯Managers to 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 workflows,
🎯Teams to interpret 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀,
🎯Boards to ensure 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 to manage risk.

Otherwise #AI stays a demo… not a capability.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘧𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 — 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘈𝘐 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘪𝘵.
