Worked on Flexprts full-time after quitting Hook in Aug 2023 until my next full-time role at Employment Hero in Jan 2024.

In those 6 months, I built my own pipeline of companies to work with - the highlight being building out and selling my own 8-week outbound selling progam. As a result, I trained 15 SDRs at two different companies over the course of my program, and consulted those companies on GTM strategies for sales development.

•	Creating and developing an inside sales campaign for 7 regions, including Eastern Europe, UK&I, Middle East, Africa, Benelux, Baltics and Scandinavia, resulting in managing 70% outbound leads and 30% inbound leads.
•	Exceeding KPIs by 140% on average by converting 65% of booked meetings into new business opportunities and adding 70 new outbound accounts and leads to the system on a monthly basis. 
•	Cooperating in the Prisma Cloud team alongside the Cloud Specialist to define new business strategies.

As a Partnerships Manager at Houzen, I was in charge of building
and promoting long-lasting relationships by partnering and understanding customer needs and demands:

• Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
• Managing B2B/B2C sales processes 
• Managing a healthy sales pipeline
• Identifying and acquiring new B2B leads through market research

Key Achievements:

- Passed the Harrods ‘Store Approval’. Subsequently recognised as an employee exhibiting the skills and disposition necessary to adhere to strict brand and service standards.
- Acknowledged despite only starting early 2018 as an advocate for the luxury service / retail sector. 

Key Responsibilities:
•	Performing as part of a team to ensure guests of a reputable restaurant located in Harrods receive a seamless and welcoming service.
•	Drawing on rapport building skills to drive sales. Recommending menu items and handling any enquiries with professionalism.
