Worked on Flexprts full-time after quitting Hook in Aug 2023 until my next full-time role at Employment Hero in Jan 2024.

In those 6 months, I built my own pipeline of companies to work with - the highlight being building out and selling my own 8-week outbound selling progam. As a result, I trained 15 SDRs at two different companies over the course of my program, and consulted those companies on GTM strategies for sales development.

- Closed my first deal just 8 weeks after starting for £17,500.
- My candidate then wanted to pull out due to personal reasons so I had to manage that process and make sure that both her and the client were pleased with the outcome - she still went through with it and even bagged her a 19k increase on her previous salary!

A big first win and a high to ride, however, I decided that recruitment was not for me and wanted to progress my career in SaaS.

I worked in a competitive environment as a cashier at the busiest Chick-Fil-A in New Braunfels. I would generate over $1200 in sales a day. I was able to provide quality customer service in the constant heat and allow guests to experience the company's core value of putting the guest first with constant positivity.

As an intern, I shadowed the outside sales representative, the inside sales representative, and the branch manager. I learned the daily operations objectives for the store, and I converted over twenty rentals into contracts daily. I made cold calls to further dig on possible leads for our outside sales representative to maximize profit for the store. I also checked in inventory weekly to ensure the equipment was in the right place. I would also make daily calls and emails to ensure quality service with our clients. I would also call leads that were over six months old to rent equipment to them. I also worked with other stores' inside sales representatives to ensure their equipment was in the right place and helped them get service to their customers in our area. I helped generate over $800-$1300, in rental revenue, daily for the branch.

I worked in a fast-paced environment as a server. We had sales goals to meet and new items to upsell daily. I was eager to give great customer service and a memorable experience to our guests. I enjoyed seeing guests return due to an experience they had.
