When I started my company three years ago, I had $200 in the bank and one question:
What am I actually good at? I went back to India and asked my dad.
He said, “You can sell.”

So I did. I started an agency. Productised myself.

I still remember my first client, $500, after three months of no sales.
I spent days doing manual LinkedIn outreach for an EdTech company in Dubai.

Manual scouting, late nights, all for a chance to prove I could build something real.
And slowly, the climb began.
Cold calls → $10k deals → $100k deals → a profitable company from scratch.
Every step felt impossible until it wasn’t.

But I also learned the hard way:

1. Manual work keeps you small.
2. Hiring without systems is preparing yourself for failure.
3. A pipeline built on hope isn’t a pipeline.
