Since our launch, we’ve grown quickly—expanding into regions like Skåne, Västra Götaland, Småland, Blekinge and soon Stockholm. We’re proud to work with well-known names while also helping unique, smaller venues get the visibility they deserve.

As Country Manager Sweden, my focus is on building strong relationships, driving growth, and ensuring we stay at the forefront of the industry. We’ve already achieved so much, but this is just the beginning. By 2025, I’m determined to make Evarto the go-to platform for venues and event planning across Scandinavia.

As the first employee and part of the team that introduced Evarto to the Swedish market, I had the pleasure of helping to build one of the fastest-growing platforms in the event and booking industry. In less than four months, we went from having no presence to becoming the largest platform in Skåne, with over 100 partnered venues. Through strategic collaborations with some of the region's most prestigious conference centers, hotels, and event spaces, we quickly established Evarto as the go-to platform for both private and corporate clients.

Sold my part of the company summer 2023.

Everyday Baby offers smart and healthy products for families with babies and young children. We, Fredrik, Edon and Andreas, are the founders of Everyday Baby and today also parents, but the seed to Everyday Baby started to grow even before we had children of our own.

Living an active and healthy lifestyle has always been a basic ground for all three of us. Andreas is a dedicated cyclist with trophies on the shelf, Edon is a multiple time champion in Karate and Fredrik a professional soccer player. 

In 2012 we were thinking of starting families of our own and curious as we were, we read a lot about being a parent. In one of the many baby magazines there was a question from a parent who wondered how hot the milk should be inside the baby bottle.
A doctor had answered that it should be around 37°C/98°F and referred to the normal body temperature. So, how do we know that the temperature of the milk is safe for the baby to drink?

After a lot of searching we found that there were NO solutions that could check the temperature in an safe and effective way, so we created what is today known as the Heat Sensing Glass Baby Bottle which saves the babies from getting burned by changing colour and also makes them stay healthy as it is made of glass. 
As some parents say, it is probably the best baby bottle in the world.

Everyday Baby has since then been awarded as the best Company in 2016, seen on national TV channels in different countries around the world and is now a well-established brand known for innovative and healthy products.

Now, a few years later, we are all dads who still live active lives with our families and Everyday Baby. We have been focusing on helping families with babies and young children to stay healthy and safe by creating more innovative and healthy products.

Vi hjälpte företag med logistikbehov att upphandla frakttjänster inom väg, flyg sjötransporter där vi även lyfte upp miljön på förhandlingsbordet, en fråga som det talas om men som bakom kulisserna aldrig tas upp på förhandlingsbordet, då det bara är pris, pris, pris som gällde då, säkert även idag.

Vid 34 års ålder, var min roll på DHL delad och kombinerad. Dels som Produktchef/ansvarig för Global Mail med tillgång till över 300 säljare, KAM och säljchefer i Sverige och Finland. Min uppgift var att de skulle sälja denna postprodukt som en tilläggstjänst. Den andra delen som KAM, som du kan läsa under nästa rubrik nedan här i min profil.

Under min ansvarsperiod, samt året efter ökade produktområdet med över 300%. Den som övertog min roll, blev utsedd till Global Mail Award - Bästa distrikt ock största ökning globalt, detta efter att ha varit på posten i 3 månader, visst måste han känt sig otroligt stolt och hedrad över det enorma jobb och insats/bidrag på 3 månader (jag är inte bitter). 

Men mer glädjande var att den riktiga hjälten var DHL Express Key Account Manager, Saskia Ahrnes som fick Globalman Award(En superhjälte), med bästa försäljning 2010. Hon och jag arbetade väldigt nära varandra då hennes relation till sina kunder tillhör världsklass. Hon är stjärnan tillsammans med hennes fina kollegor som många av dem bidrog till denna ökning.

Sales Development Manager

Jag blev handplockad till denna KAM-roll av dåvarande VD, Gorm Vogelius, expert inom internationella brev & paketförsändelser B2B & B2C. Som Key Account Manager för bl.a. Sandvik Cormorant ingick jag i ett drömteam som ökade andelarna på den nordiska marknaden från 85 miljoner SEK till nästan 500 miljoner SEK på bara tre år. 

Vi var ett team på 1 VD, 3 KAM, 1 OPS Manager samt fyra kollegor inom ekonomi, admin/kundsupport. En av de största ökningarna globalt på så få medarbetare och korta tid. Stjärnan i teamet var VD Gorm Vogelius som fick in H&M och som skickade år 2 under denna period över 16,9 miljoner paket inom e-handeln. Vi var alltså med när e-handeln tog fart på riktigt och detta var den mest utvecklade perioden i mitt liv, innan jag senare blev egenföretagare.

Swiss Post

Efter att tagit stora delar av Postens kunder inom förlag hos TNT, lyckades jag få en hel del av dem att följa med även hit, till Swiss Post. Du som läst min bok, Låt hjärtat slå ditt säljrekord vet att under kapitlet -Min hämnd, varför jag tog över dessa kunder. Utöver dem, fick jag in Strålfors och slutkunden EuroShell, med över 6 miljoner bensinkort som skulle distribueras över Europa per post + pinkoder. 

Det är min största enskilda affär jag gjort, detta tack vare Janne Svensson & Peter Forsberg hos Strålfors som jag uppvaktat under två år under TNT tiden men då inte kunnat konkurrera pga dåliga ledtider mot dåvarande Posten. 

Den 14 mars 2006 lägger Posten ett bud på 2 miljarder SEK på Strålfors, då Strålfors dörr nu öppnats ytterligare genom EuroShell affären. Självklart var det inte bara denna affär som låg bakom, Posten är smartare än så. Men inom KAM, kallar vi det Posten gjorde att stänga dörrar mot konkurrenter. Strålfors aktieägare accepterade senare budet på 95 kr/aktie, dvs 2 miljarder SEK.
