At the company's peak, I was responsible for training & managing 8 crews (30+ people), 1 project manager and a rotation of 10+ call center employees who worked remotely and from my home office.

Other business tasks involved:
Recruitment, Marketing, Quoting, Closing, Operations, Accounting -P&L, Online eCommerce Strategy and customer follow up/retention/referral. 

My key to success was hiring the right people and empowering them to use their strengths and take ownership of their tasks, while I focused on what I do best, which is to sell.
