Hey there! I'm Iusef 👋🏼


Navigating through life's wonderful chaos, I've had the privilege of wearing several hats: Entrepreneur, Engineer, Accelerator Builder, and a passionate creator of impactful ecosystems. Through each chapter, adaptability has been my steadfast companion.


Right now, I'm doing two things I'm genuinely proud of:


- I lead accelerator programs at SuperCharger Ventures, the world's largest EdTech-only accelerator, working with pre-Seed to Series A founders from across the globe. Around 80% of our cohort companies end up fundraising locally and opening an office in Malta. That number still surprises me.


- I'm also leading C.XSEED accelerator program, a new initiative born from a partnership between SuperCharger, Classera, and Falak. Focused on building MENA's largest EdTech ecosystem out of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. 

Two ecosystems. One mission.


Before this, I co-founded Lea (a personalized learning app, VC-backed), was an EIR at Antler's Nordic cohort in Copenhagen, and spent time at Glovo managing B2B and LiveOps teams in Barcelona.


At the moment I'm splitting my time between Malta and Jeddah. But I'm a global citizen at heart, and we might have bumped into each other in Amman, Rome, London, Aarhus, Copenhagen, New Hampshire (US), or Barcelona.


I'm always looking to connect with:

Malta has been my home for the past 2.5 years. 

I am so incredibly grateful for so many people that welcomed me from day one.

I had the pleasure to support and empower more than 70 companies, and have collaborated with 100s of exceptional Maltese founders, partners, and mentors.

With more than 3000 startups applying to join our program in Malta, we are now one of the most active EdTech Hubs in the EU.

We have built a team of absolute MONSTERS that will take the blue print of what we have built in the past years and elevate it to incredible new heights, in Malta, EU, and beyond.

What's next for me? 

A new exciting and incredibly promising market. Saudi Arabia, starting from Jeddah, The Bride of the Red Sea.

I truly look forward to take my career to new heights, with so many incredible opportunities and some exciting challenges to achieve.
