I was blessed to build and lead an amazing team that managed the income processing and donor retention for 12 WAY-FM markets throughout the country.  My uncompromising pursuit of continually improving "The Donor Experience” was a year-round endeavor that required collaboration with the Marketing, Finance, and I.T. departments as well as outside vendors. Card Theft Protection and Identity Theft Protection were 2 of the "Value Added Services" that were offered to all card holders.  After excelling on the phone as a Relationship Manager I was promoted to Sales Coach.  My team immediately became #1 in performance in Sales, Quality, CSAT and AHT.  After a few months of maintaining the highest team metrics in the company I was promoted to Team Manager.  While Coach & Team Manager I enjoyed 100% employee retention!

Although I would fill my network with real estate agents and insurance professionals in order to gain refinance and new home purchase opportunities, 80% of my book of business was made by "cold-calling".  Understanding the "art" of script-writing and overcoming predictable objections with precisely delivered rebuttals in an increasingly savvy and historically competitive market was key to my success.  Building trust in my clients by educating them on their many options so they in turn could make the most informed decision possible made the all important "close" very easy.

I started at Dynasty Mortgage as a telemarketer cold calling to set appointments for prospects to meet with loan officers to discuss refinance options.  Lucky for me I was really good at it!  It was not long before I was promoted to Marketing Manager where I hired, trained, and mentored my own team of 30 reps while providing coaching to the other teams in the call center.  Within a couple months we became the highest performing unit in the company in an extremely competitive and high pressure environment.  This is where it all started...

We love cruises, hot springs, hiking, gardening, bird watching and fantasy football. Okay, maybe I'm the one that loves fantasy football.
