Responsible for enabling the global strategy of Food for the Hungry through leveraging technology in over 25 countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America

Key Accomplishments: 
* Merged two separate geographically based IT teams into one global team after an organization-wide merger and restructuring
* Restarted a struggling enterprise-wide SaaS Accounting and CRM software implementation
* Sponsored the transition from our internally hosted and managed Zimbra email server to cloud-based Google Apps for 1500 employees in over 25 countries

Chief Information Officer

Responsible for all IT operations of Food for the Hungry's US offices with over 100 employees and $100 million annual budget and facilitating the organizational management of strategy and performance through the Balanced Scorecard tool.

Key Accomplishments:
* Restructured IT department to enable greatest leverage of technology staff
* Won approval from CEO, CFO and Senior Leadership Team for $300,000+ ERP/CRM integrated information management system implementation project

Responsibilities: Facilitate the organizational management of strategy and performance through the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard, cascade scorecards throughout organization to 4 Vice Presidents and 28 managers

Key Accomplishments:
* Facilitated the development and managed the implementation of organizational performance evaluation and management system
* Completed major change management project implementing balanced scorecard at the headquarters of our $90 million, 26 country organization
* Increased strategy as a topic of discussion among the Senior Leadership Team from rarely to at least 2 hours per month, per team on 32 teams across organization

Responsible for oversight and coordination of the President's key projects and office operations

Key Accomplishments:
* Traveled with the President to 11 countries to visit our staff and operations
* Assisted the Board of Directors with an investigative task force of inter-organizational structure, leadership and governance issues

I currently serve as Managing Partner of Kutsko Consulting. We guide our clients through transformational experiences to revolutionize how organizations communicate, collaborate, and engage with their teams.

My leadership journey began in 1999, and it's been an exciting ride. A game-changer for me was reading 'First, Break All the Rules,' which transformed how I thought about management and engagement. It's all about ‘enabling’ others by creating environments where everyone's unique abilities are nurtured and appreciated.

Over two decades, I've used this approach to lead global tech teams, guide the creation of innovative products, and design customized coaching programs for top-tier executives. A multi-disciplinary leader, my previous executive roles have included higher education, software development, global humanitarian assistance, and consulting.

When I'm not closing deals or with my family, you'll find me:
- Skiing in the trees
- Drinking a beer on a patio with a friend (after skiing in the trees)
- Looking at a map, daydreaming about my next adventure (hopefully skiing in the trees)
