As the team lead of RISK Direct I was in charge of a P&C insurance portfolio. I was responsible for:

- Growing and maintaining the P&C Portfolio RISK Direct
- Creating and developing marketing campaigns
- Creating insurance collections (PCOB & VO-ING / NN)

As the marketer of RISK Verzekeringen, I have fulfilled B2B and B2C marketing activities. This is what i did:

- Product development (Lifestyle based insurance)
- Demo king of the RISK software
- Website development (risk.nl and risk-direct.nl)
- Direct marketing (health case insurance policies)

Curiosity was the foundation of slimsporen. Would you be possible to save money on your train ticket? Based on your behavior, the absolute minimum price was calculated. Together with my brother, we have developed an app. I learned a lot during this project. From writing general terms and conditions to pitching the concept to various organizations, such as Translink (the maker of the public transport chip card).

My master thesis was focused on the following subject: "Which product attributes are really important when getting a car insurance?" To get the answer, I have used a multivariate data analysis called conjunct measurement. Although a number of customer segments can be found, it appears that price is the decisive product attribute.
