Conceived and created a platform to attract international late-state investors to foster the growth of startups, technological and digital development in Germany. 

Collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) as well as industry associations.

Identified fintech and startups as a dynamic market trend and helped DB to tap into this adjacent area by creating the new business model. Conducted qualitative and quantitative survey, led more than 60 interviews with high-profile investors to identify user requirements and pain points, drew up the business concept, acquired VC/PE/HNWI investors and family offices. The Venture Network covers the lifecycle of startups. It is dedicated to bring together high-growth companies and international investors to bridge funding gaps. It provides its members with a non-public online platform to initiate funding rounds, along with training and networking events.

My operational tasks at our health care financial services company included business planning and financial modeling, growing and leading the sales team, business development and cooperations with industry associations. The company was well-financed by the family office as well as high-profile investors. Worked on the exit to a major strategic investor and integration into the corporate structures.

Simulated annealing won't help to understand the complexity I see when I close my eyes. 

All theories, philosophies, traditions or methods, no matter how beneficial they are, enchain mentally and energetically. If one wants to become aware of the ultimate, all methods need to be dropped at one point. Exploring the field of the unknown is a creative source.

Trauma is a curse and also fuel to creativity, if one knows how to navigate the powerful rocket.
