Responsible for key strategic partners (Youtube, Meta, Linkedin etc.) of our live streaming business, StreamYard, on which most of the company's revenue depends.

Past milestones include: 
- Grew from 0 to +50 high-quality, vetted Hopin partner integrations in one year.
- Launched key partnerships with Linkedin, HubSpot, Salesforce, and more.
- Developed partner program (internal / external enablement, co-selling playbooks etc) from scratch.
- Improved key product metrics to increase retention among our most important customer segments

Senior Partnerships Manager, Product Partnerships 

Hire #16 and #3 on the go-to-market team. My favourite achievements:

- Helped to move hundreds of thousands of events online during the onset of the covid pandemic
- Invented the job of "virtual events manager" and helped clients stay employed
- Created hundreds of jobs at our partner agencies who ran thousands of events per month.

Other milestones include: 

- Closed +$2M in sales deal in six months while developing our agency partner program
- Developed and sold Hopin's first ever annual (+$50k) and enterprise deals (+$120k).
- Closed +90 deals in 2020, largest deal size +$400k
- Identified the opportunity and built the Hopin Events Agency Program from scratch.
- The agency program ultimately grew to +300 agencies which generated +$13M in revenue. 
- Managed a team of partner managers to oversee our agency co-selling motion. 
- Interviewed hundreds of team members and key execs, growing Hopin to +1,200 employees
- Helped Hopin achieve global coverage through event agencies within four month.
- The agency program ultimately would replace our entire event services function.
